Don’t stay at this hotel. It is like staying on the highway. Rooms smell and musty. Everything is old and there are flies and bugs bitting while sitting.on the bed. I left after one hour and asked for a credit since I was booked for 3 nights. The management didn’t offer anything. I booked the Marriott and moved. I lost my money but al least stayed in a clean and nice hotel.

Very well maintained older property. Easy check-in, and plenty of free parking. We stayed there to go to the big tennis tournament and it’s only 10 minutes away from there. If you’re going to Kings Island, that’s also 10 minutes away too. Housekeeping was great and very detailed oriented. I will definitely stay again next year for the tournament.

Reasonable price. Walking distance to tennis center. Decent breakfast and nice pool. Rooms and property a little dated but overall good and room was clean.

This is an older property so there are a few imperfections HOWEVER the rooms are very clean, the property was clean and maintained, the pool area was great and the staff are very friendly. Anything we needed they were accommodating. The close proximity to Kings Island was a bonus and we were able to relax in the pool area and watch the fireworks and drone show. We would definitely come back.

Very clean, neat and updated room. Not luxurious but it was perfectly pleasant and comfortable. The property and amenities were old/outdated and not worth using. It’s motel style rooms so you enter rooms from the outside - so unfortunately you have to choose between privacy or sunlight. This is more of a one night stay kind of hotel — not much longer than that.

This is a good place to stay when attending the Cincinnati Open. Although we did not use it, there was a shuttle to the tournament. The breakfast was just ok but I thought the front desk staff was excellent. (No maid service for our two night stay) Although I thought it was a little pricey for what you got, the location made up for that.

Have never stayed at a Quality Inn before so I did not know what to expect. The room doors open to the outside. Not interior halls. The positives are a decent shower and mattress. Breakfast was pretty much like any included breakfast. The location was fantastic for the Cincinnati tennis open. They had a shuttle but even better was you could walk there (a little path from side of the hotel so you didn’t have to walk along the main road). The ick factor was a stain on one of the bedspreads. All the coffee in the room was decaf. Nothing major and I’m sure they would have given me regular if I asked. We didn’t get maid service which we don’t care about but weren’t told about this at check-in so I don’t know the official policy. We were there for the tennis so it basically suited those needs quite well. All in all would stay there again for the tennis but for any other reason would probably choose a different chain. The front desk staff was quite nice and friendly. Always a plus.

Our rooms were clean and the pool was a big hit for the children.

I’ve stayed at this property before and had no issues however, this time was not as enjoyable. First the perks, this park is minutes from the park and therefore, location is great. The not so great….. Both stays I checked in after park close due to travel in the morning and being in the park in the afternoon. The first stay was no issues, they had multiple people at the desk and check in was only a few minutes. This recent trip the line was over 35 min just to check in. I feel like if you see your reservations and know a hundred people will be checking in at park close, you should be prepared to accommodate that. If the check in process wasn’t back enough that night, I was given no directions or map to find the room and literally had to walk the buildings once I found a room number close to mine until I found my room. Once I found my room, returned to my car to retrieve my stuff and got into the room to find that the A/C was set to fan only and the room was 90 degrees when I got into it….. I understand it’s a first world problem but imagine being in the park all day in 100 degree heat, it taking over an hour to check in and get to your room and then having to wait over an hour for your room to become inhabitable…… I’m all for energy savings when someone is not in the room but 90+ for any extended period of time is dangerous for a building as it’s in the range for mild to easily grow…. Just a rough experience that will likely make me choose somewhere else the next trip

We were in for the Cincinnati Open. The location to the event was excellent and the hotel provided a shuttle back and forth to the tennis site which was to good to be true.

I picked this hotel which is more like a motel to stay at because it was close to Kingd Island and they had a shuttle to the park. We were staying here for my son's 14th Birthday just a quick overnight trip but it rained...The property is in a sketchy area surrounding businesses are not well maintained carpet coming up and soggy on the way to the the room upon entering the room it had a odor like it was stale or someone had been smoking even though it is supposed to be non smoking!! I was even skeptical about sitting on the beard which had stains on the top cover and honestly was just outdated and not well kept !!! After we got rained out we made the decision to leave because it wasn't even suitable to stay for the night I asked myoson did he wanna stay and he quickly said "No not here" and you know it is bad if a teen doesn't even wanna stay!! So we checked in around 11am and we checked out around 2pm during this time frame we were at the park and got rained out so we maybe spent 20 mins total in the room and when I contacted Expedia to see if we could be refunded or anything since the hotel was not up to par they could not refund me but contacted the property and they denied the refund and said they could not refund me because we had used the room lol!! Really unbelievable if I am being honest..I paid a $60 deposit when we checked in and I noticed a couple days later they charged my card an addtl $103.54 which was not authorized and for no reason!! So they are thieves!!

The hotel was good overall. Large bedrooms, comfy bed, AC working well. TV with the Tennis Channel on. Breakfast had a few options such as eggs, bread, pancakes, apples, tea, coffee, yoghurt, etc. A shout out for the hotel to offer a shuttle both ways to the Cincy Open tennis event. It was great, although the schedules offered by the hotel did not work as it was in the paper. I suggest the hotel do better maintenance of the rooms. The room I stayed in needs some drain cleaning in the bathroom. It was clogged and accumulating water during a bath.

We enjoyed our stay. We will return.

Very dated in the far building. Our room felt like from the 70s and like 2 star motel. Clean and decent though. Comfortable bed / pillow. Broken faucet. Door doesn’t close / latch well. Bad misty smell in the room.
