Super nice rooms that are very comfortable and very very clean plus super quiet. Staff is very accommodating shower head was loose in room 216

No perks.... overpriced

The hotel was not very clean and the hallway to our room had a very bad smell. The toilet seat in our room was broken, there was no drain filter or stopper in the sink and the shower was not clean. Our room had a smoky/ musty smell. Expectations were low, and just needed a room for the night but I’ll spend more elsewhere next year for a better experience and stay.

The room had stains on the sheets we had to buy sheets to stay there also the shower had pee stains in it the gall smelled like B.O the topper was they double booked our room and gave ou W r double room AWAy we was 5 hrs from home and no room for all 4 of us . They made us pay 270 more for a room for our other sons that was just as nasty... this is the worse place ever do not go you will regret it

Closeness to the event center Very run down

The room was extremely small. The bathroom had so many stains I was afraid to touch anything. The bathroom door would not close. Light shining directly in our room all night. Even with drapes closed the room was lit up. The floors were dirty. Price was extremely high.

There were roaches on the windows sill. They came in and sprayed after my request. Then when I turned on the shower, brown water came up from the drain.

We booked a stay for two nights, and the sheets were dirty when we first walked in and that was a concerning sign. The shower head was hanging on by a thread and had virtually no water pressure. Had it been $200 cheaper I wouldn’t be complaining. But paying nearly $500 for two nights was ridiculous. One of the mornings that we decided to sleep in, we were woken up at 9AM by a fire alarm. All around, a basic low 2 star hotel, and if you can book a room solely for going to kings island and it’s $100 a night or less, go for it. But if comfort and cleanliness are important, just go to a hotel 10 minutes further from kings island and it’s just as worth it.

Room was generally clean. Hotel is rundown - dirty, old carpet, old mattress, tired-looking room. Breakfast is very limited.

The staff were very nice, but unfortunately that's about the only good thing I can say. The bathroom door wouldn't shut by about 2 inches. The toilet seat needed work. We screwed it down as best we could, but it needs replaced. The toilet needed a good scrub. The fire alarm went off each day until the fire dept came to turn it off. Aggravating for us, but also not a good use of their resources. Also note, no elevator. So if you have issues with steps then ask for a 1st floor room. But...it was budget friendly and a convenient location! So just keep that in mind. And again, the staff were all nice.

Bed was very uncomfortable, room needs remodeled.

Room clean, friendly staff definitely location Breakfast wasn’t really a breakfast, refrigerator needed to be defrosted, phone and clock needed to be plugged in after last guest.

Location to kings island Beds were not comfortable

Comfortable room, however mini fridge and microwave located next to foot of bed making it very difficult to enter bed from one side.

Clean Nothing

The light switch controlled all the lights in the room which had a sofa on one side and the bed on the other side, like a small apartment. There are no lights or outlets by the beds other than the main light. Nice little room, really bad design.
