Very friendly staff are very welcoming when we came in. A good place to stay if you’re on a budget and it’s nice with some of the other ends would recommend it.

Breakfast was pretty weak; mostly just juice, bagels and cereal. Location was super convenient to Kings Island.

The property was clean and pretty well maintained but is starting to show its age a bit. However, I have no real complaints. I had a couple of interactions with the staff and they were great, no issues at all with the service. The location was convenient for the purpose of my trip, there were nearby restaurants and shops, I would definitely stay there again.

Stinky room, strong moldy smell. Left 5 minutes after checking in. That’s what I get for trying to save money. Life’s too short for cheap hotels.

Weird smell throughout rooms and lobby, very minimal breakfast.

My son and I stayed here on 6/17. We checked in around 8:30pm and left the next day just before 11am so we weren't here long. We just needed a place to shower and sleep after a long day at Kings Island and this place served its purpose. We weren't up for breakfast so I can't speak to that but check-in was easy, the person was polite, we had no issues with the room, etc. This is my 2nd time staying here and I would definitely stay again.

Room was clean, however the maintenance on the property has been over looked. The mini fridge was blocking one side of the bed, it was also hiding a hole/soft spot in the floor, all the electrical outlets was loose and had to tape our phone chargers in the wall. The mattress was not so great, seemed worn and broke down.

Two stars is being generous. The outside doors didn't open. The room felt small with the placement of the fridge against the bed. Deadbolt didn't work. Toilet paper holder was ripped out of the wall. The outlet by the sink did not work. Some lights wouldn't turn on.

Nothing Toilets were nasty as soon as we came in, including poop stains and hairs in the toilet. The rooms smelled horrible and the toilet seat was also broken. No elevator for other floors, etc.
