Everything was okay. Just a quick stay after Kings Island. Pool could use some paint/maintenance.

Location Room smelled musty. Closet smelled awful. Room small, not much area to walk. Needs updated. Pool small & hard time getting towels. Overall, this hotel is not a place i would choose again.

Hot breakfast included. Right across street from Kings Island. Noisy kids in lobby, which our room was pretty close to.

It was ok for an overnight stay. There was an odd odor in the room. It looked old & run down. The pool area was really hot, but the water was freezing.

The pool was dirty, our room had dirty baseboards, the bathroom needed scrubbed, and we had to ask for new towels. We were told to just set our dirty towels on the floor outside our room and we would get clean towels.

The pool looks like it has never been cleaned. The door key would malfunction every other time it was used. Room was clean. Staff could be friendlier.

So I left my $1,100 CPAP in the hotel room I called them and they said that they had it in their possession and informed me that I needed to purchase a shipping label and they would ship my package so two days later I have still not received my package UPS says they never received my package and canceled my shipping label which now meant my package was no longer insured. I called the hotel to see if maybe they dropped it off at a non-UPS carrier they are no longer accepting my phone calls they are hanging up on me. And so now I have no idea where my package or what happened to it. Horrible communication, Liars not to mention the fact that I saw a roach there and I STILL WASN'T going to leave a bad review because they were nice people.

Starting off we were assigned a room the staff was still in cleaning. They were flustered and rushed to complete. There was hair throughout the bathroom. The breakfast was not good. Hot items weren’t very hot and the coffee is just hot black water that tastes awful. Witness the breakfast attendant yell at a guest at breakfast when she accidentally dropped her eggs at the buffet. Did not offer to help her clean up, threw his hands in the air yelled “What is wrong with you!” And walked away. Very rude and unprofessional. Location to Kings Island is the only positive for this hotel. The beds are lumpy and uncomfortable and the noise of the hallway comes right through. My room door was a struggle to lock and I had to lift the door to get it to close all the way. Very disappointing stay overall.

The AC did not work well and the room was very humid. There were items from previous guests in the drawers in the rooms and the armoire had a unique smell (perhaps from being closed in such a humid space). The worst thing, however, was the heavy potpourri used in the lobby and main dinning area. I'm not sure what they were trying cover up, but the fragrance made me feel ill. There was also only one elevator and it was REALLY slow. Not sure that I would stay here again.
