Fueron días inolvidables. Mi familia estuvo muy satisfecho en todo. Me encantó.

The place was better than the last time I came there in 2014. A lot of new updates for the rooms thank you.

First time with my family and loved every single part of it n night.

Expedia sucks. I paid over 3 grand for 3 rooms for 3 nights. They couldn't modify my reservations at all. I had to deal with great Wolfe directly costing me an additional 600+ dollars. Never again.

It was an amazing family experience.

We were very disappointed that we had to wait 3 hours to check in. We arrived early and had requested early check in when we booked and were wondering if it was because we used hotels.com and not a direct booking. Other than the wait, the resort is a great place to take your family! I would highly recommend it.

Perfecto para pasar un buen fin de semana en familia.

Beds were so uncomfortable. Front desk staff was unfriendly & uninformative. The help app was nice. Used that & it was helpful.

It was our first visit and we loved it. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We will go back again. Thank you all so much.

There is like no sound insulation in the room too. I was inside the area with the bunk bed and could hear my family whispering through the wall like there is no barrier at all. And we can hear other customers opening and closing their doors. Many times, the sound made me think someone opened our door.

First, the disappointment in $20 parking fee hidden on hotels.com app under drop down listing.Had already paid $45 to park at Kings Island that day. The hotel appeared over booked beyond capacity, not a chance for restful stay or to enjoy amenities while there. 1 tiny kid size light weight throw per bunk bed and 1 thin worn fuzzy blanket for pull out sofa -requested more but they never came. Guests on our floor and floor above were obnoxiously loud and inconsiderate majority of night letting kids/teenagers run and slam doors back and forth between rooms for over an hour. If you’re looking for a place to relax, enjoy some vacation time and sleep peacefully this is not it - this place is for people looking to set their kids loose without supervision and check out on parenting.

Even though I didn’t have everything you needed, you and your team still helped us—especially you—and you did everything in your power. What you did for us is a real blessing, and we will never forget it. I also want to give a huge shout-out to the manageras well, because Mrs. Alisha spoke with her about our stay. This was my first time here, and I honestly was ready to cancel the whole checkout, but because of your kindness and effort, everything turned out to be amazing. From me and the boys—thank you, Mrs. Alisha and team. Your compassion made a difference.
