Nice hotel but unfortunately the carpet smelled of animal urine.

The rooms were horrible, There was a bad smell in the entire room. Furniture out dated Nothing was like describe online. Then the concierge was very disrespectful and not helpful at all. My family experience was terrible. On top of everything we couldn't even get our deposit back or the money back for the cost of the rooms we didn't even stay 3 minutes in.

Janet's amazing customer service went above & Beyond to get us checked in quickly and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for an overnight stop on a cross country drive. The Hotel was close to needed amenities ( grocery store, restaurants). Would stay again!

The room is slightly dated and the beds are a bit slim but comfortable. I had a great stay with my 2 friends. The only thing I would critique is the ventilation in the bathroom is not the greatest and causes alot of moisture during hot showers.

I was traveling with a dog and they put us in a room that had been urinated in and smoked in.

The location is great. The price was a bit cheaper.. I guess we get what we pay for.. Our room had a nasty smell that punched you in the face as soon as you entered! I thought it was a nasty body oder smell and my wife thought it smelled like rotten ramon noodles.. The bed was in the shape of a boat and I only weigh 160lbs.. my wife's back was in serious pain after said bed.. We will have at gave to spend the extra $60 bucks or so next time. Im sure all of these hotels were once nice! It's a shame age ruins everything and they won't use that money to remodel.. Will not stay again.
