Days Inn by Wyndham Maumee/Toledo

I travel for work probably 48 weeks out of the year, so I stay in a lot of motels. Well, it seems the swimming pool is never able to be used. I have never slept on a more comfortable bed and look forward when I know I’m driving through Ohio that I’ll be stopping here for either a day or even the weekend.

Pool is not in use but that's the first picture for the hotel. Door was broken for the bathroom. Had to pay a 50 dollar security deposit and still have yet to get it back.

They don’t refund the deposit. Stayed for 2 weeks was told both weeks would be charged a deposit that would be returned when I checked out. Now they owe me for 2 weeks I’ll never see. I’ve asked at the desk and all they say is that they’ll look into it.

Appeared to be drug deals in parking lot. People screaming. Police were there twice. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, we left a day early.

It was a inexpensive place to stay for the night conveniently located. Breakfast consisted of a granola bar.

The room wasn’t clean. I had to do the floors and do a little extra cleaning and then somebody tried to come in my room.

This property advertises pool and continental breakfast, they had neither. Pool was closed with a tarp over it. Went down for the breakfast and there was none, was told that they have apples. Bathroom had cobwebs and dirt in the corners, bathtub was dingy. I asked for a refund before I went to the room when I saw the pool and mattresses laying against the building and was told there was no refund, so I had no choice but to stay. The only thing good about this place was the lady who checked me in otherwise you would get zero stars. The false advertising was diabolical but along with everything else was over the top.

The bed was comfortable All of the noted amenities like in room coffee maker were absent. The "market" was a plexiglass case with cold cereal and Ramen noodles. The blow dryer was broken,the room only had a partially working fan. The staff was abrupt. The rooms were old and yucky.

N/A The room was dated, shower was dirty there was literal dirt in the shower NOONE showered. The bathroom door would not close fully without lifting the it a bit. But the worst part of it so wad the youngest woke up covered in bumps and is currently being treated for an allergic reaction although it very much looks like scabies.

They list a pool, hot tub, fitness center and free breakfast.... they have absolutely none of these.

This was my first time at this property and it was a good experience. The room was somewhat dated but overall clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location if you need to quick get on and off the highway/turnpike. Staff was very nice. Room smelled like every cigarette in the history of mankind had been smoked in it. Someone else's trash in the trashcan, toilet not clean. I didn't trust anything in the room to be clean. It's a cheap motel but should still do better.

That being said, the staff is the absolute best. The place is clean and comfortable and the price is the best if you just want a clean, safe place, in an excellent location.
