Comfort Inn & Suites Maumee - Toledo (I80-90)

The room was very clean. The Staff was helpful, friendly, polite. The Breakfast was well laid out with a good numbeer of choices. Air conditioning worked well.

We were on a road trip thru Michigan and Wisconsin. We were on our way home and stopped in Toledo. Wonderful big room. Price was excellent!

Location was great. Beds were very comfortable. Room was a nice size. Breakfast was mediocre. A lot of the items were in low supply.

The location was perfect for my stay One of the rooms had ashes all on the bed but was rectified

The management is terrible, definitely go to the location on Hagman!!!!

Heavy perfume and potpourri scent throughout the hotel.

Helpful, pleasant staff. Had question re fridge; someone came immediately to check it out.

Staff was ok, and the room were clean. The bathroom in the room i was in didnt have a towel rack on the wall just a hook behind the door. Bed was comfy. Could not eat the breakfast because I left early in the morning before the breakfast was ready.

It is an older property, but kept up very well probably one of the best motels that I’ve seen in in a while you can see, the owner takes great pride in that building

Everything was great. The check in and out was fast and easy

Ice machine was broke. Rooms were old and beds were hard as a board. Staff was wonderful!

I stay here all the time. The breakfast is great and the pool is a big plus for the kids.

The woman behind the desk was extremely unprofessional. She yelled at me repeatedly, called me names, and called her manager to tell him that I was being dispectful, which was not true. The manager told us to leave the premises and said our reservation would be cancelled, but it wasn't. Travelers should NEVER stay at this hotel. There have been several complaints posted about lack of courtesy and professionalism at that location. It was a TERRIBLE experience!

When we first walked in, I was happy with how good it smelled in the lobby. The receptionist at the front desk was nice and friendly. The room was clean but the air conditioning unit was a bit outdated and loud especially when it turned off when the room was a certain temperature. I only went down for breakfast once because it started and ended so early (6:00 a.m-9:00 a.m.) but it was very tasty. Some items they offered were eggs, bagels, biscuits, sausage patties, and a waffle station. It was a nice quiet stay and I’d book a room again.

Staff Sheets were stained, ac not working n was filthy inside under the cover n room smelled. 2nd room had dark spots on ceiling being possible mold. Some wall areas has scratches n dings. Room smelled.

When we checked in Saturday evening Cynthia was cheerful and kind. Mattress was very soft, we are used to firm. Personal choice. We couldn't get the TV remote to work, even after getting a new one?? Air conditioning worked well. We did not eat breakfast there since we were meeting friends for breakfast. Definitely a great hotel, we recommend 👌 it!
