This place is disgusting. I had to move rooms the first time because it hadn't been cleaned and there was evidence there might've been bedbugs. Everything about this place grossed me out. The highlight of my time here was the front desk guy being pretty friendly and swapping my rooms no questions asked. Let me also say, although my second room was 'better', it's obvious they never clean under the beds because GROSS. I still tipped because if everything else is going terribly I have to imagine they don't pay their cleaning staff damn-near anything. Feels like upper management would be the main problem anyway. Don't reccomend. Btw I left at 3:30am because I couldn't take any more of this.

Clean room, polite staff, shops nearby and good customer service at the front desk. Highly recommend this place.

We needed a room on the 1st floor or an elevator for my sisternlaw who couldn't go up stairs. The hotel called while we were traveling there and said they had no 1st floor rooms. I made this request 2 weeks before and they could have told us sooner. I then had to scramble to find another hotel, then we get a call at 100pm asking us when we were going to check in. When I said the hotel said there were no 1st floor rooms, he said they had plenty of them

Convenient and easy to get to. Needs a little landscaping

Too concerned to even walk in there were scary people outside our door so we never even stepped foot into the building
