Check in easy, staff accommodating. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast not complimentary but good- staff excellent. Recommend

Convenient to the highway. Clean and comfortable.

Quick registration. Very pleasant and helpful desk clerk. The room was nice.

The room had many areas that needed repair, specifically the extra l8ck on frame. The screws were loose so it didn't stay in place. I also found 3 frozen beers in the freezer that had to have been there a while. I have had good experiences in the past at this location so this was very disappointing.

The hotel and areas were clean. My only complaint was that our room had a musty, moldy smell to it. I wasn’t a huge deal breaker but I had to purchase some plugs in air fresheners and that fixed it the entire few days stay. That was my only complaint

Serious updating needs to happen. Carpet throughout the building was disgustingly.

We were there for my brother’s funeral, and they treated us with such respect, knowing that we was in a bad way. I want to thank the staff for being so kind.

I don’t think the bathroom was cleaned, or at least thoroughly cleaned, before our stay. We didn’t realize it until the following morning, but there was a dirty wash rag hanging on the shower rod. The bed was made and looked fresh and the rest of the towels looked clean.

Shower leaks from the floor above into my shower. Hotel desk people are unfriendly and very unhelpful. Rooms stink AC is junk, they have cockroaches

The not so good: My room was damp and musty smelling and things were not as clean as they should have been; there was a black hair in my tub and another long one on top of one of the "clean" towels on the counter. The threshold between the carpet edge and the bathroom was full of dirt and ick, one of my pillow cases had black marks on it and the bedspread had two small stains as well. The air conditioning unit rattled so much that sleeping without earplugs wasn't an option. The closet door was fitted with a massive auto-closing hinge such that it would not stay open without one holding it. This was very frustrating when putting away, or trying to select clothes. Lastly, the room honestly looked like it had been furnished from a yard sale. Everything was SO random. Apart from the two nightstands, NOTHING matched. Usually in a hotel room things come from the same "series" and everything matches and provides a cohesive and calming visual experience. Here I felt like I was living in a second hand shop. I realise this doesn't "matter" in the grand scheme of things, but it was weird and unsettling and I felt, worth noting. Overall this hotel was like staying in a cheap motel for which, after taxes, I paid nearly $500CAD for two nights. NOT RECOMMENDED

Bathroom smelled like e-cigarettes, breakfast required a fee, linens on one bed smelled like perfume, other bed and towels smelled clean.

Clean room,staff was great,didn’t offer continental breakfast but a payed one,was a bar..

Clean room and comfortable bed.

The staff was amazing, check in check out a breeze.

They switched our room to the top floor because there were a lot of (loud) kids there that weekend. Very nice and extremely understanding!

We loved the hotel

Nice and clean, and just off of I-90. Sabas Bistro was great with excellent service and right in the hotel.
