Great hotel. It was clean and the pool was nice and warm. The breakfast was great too

The hotel has been redone since the last time we were there. It looks good. Smells good. Our room was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I think they have the best decaf "hotel coffee" of any chain, and I appreciate the variety of tea available. The staff is always great. What I don't like is the barn door to the bathrooms. The door doesn't close all of the way. There were also wood shavings under the door. There is no way to lock the door. The biggest problem I had, and this isn't the only chain I have noticed this with, is the queen bed is not a queen. It is full-size. We ordered the two-queen room, as we had our teenage son in the same room. It is just barely bigger than two laid out pillows across. My son has a full-size bed at home, and it is the same size. If you say it's a queen, it needs to be a queen. I had a queen size at home for many years and know what size that is. This is not a deal breaker, but it annoys me. Having said that, the beds are very comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub were clean and both working. This is a good hotel to bring a family to.

Rooms are thoughtfully organized.

Clean well kept facilities in an active location. The room was also in good shape and more than acceptable. Strange layout with the elevators at the back of the hotel rather than near the front desk.

Good location. Plenty of free parking. Close to highway, stores, gas& restaurants. Very large indoor pool & hot tub. Nice gym. Free breakfast. In lobby snack store. Very clean & friendly.

Better breakfast

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and a good size. Nice indoor pool. Outdoor pool was not open even though it was summer. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of both hot and cold choices. Coffee was just okay. The only downside to the room was the barn style door on the bathroom. It was difficult to open and close as well as not providing as much privacy as a regular door. We would stay here again if in the area.

Easy check in, pretty clear accept the tub had someone else's hair everywhere. Overall great night

Staff was friendly, comfortable bed, nice area around hotel to walk my dog, and breakfast yummy and filling!!
