We booked a room, to drive there and find out the hotel is closed for construction. The website should say that. It was

Hotel was closed for construction but was still able to reserve.

Could not even check in. Hotel was closed and no one was there. Still haven’t got my money back. They were remodeling.

No breakfast available.

This is an active construction site. I’m sure it will be lovely when it’s finished, but if I had not booked non-refundable and been driving for 12 hours at that point I would very much have not stayed. You could draw in the dust on the table/counter/bedside surfaces. Bathroom floor was dirty with grit bc maybe construction workers were using it? Save yourself. Do not stay here.

My reservation included breakfast. No breakfast was provided. The hotel was going through renovations. We didn't have any prior notification that the renovations are going on, and that the hotel is in such a dilapidated and shabby condition. If we had the prior notification of the state of the hotel, we would have stayed at somewhere else.

Everything was clean and lad I at window was nice.

It was below expectations, breakfast also v basic, overall disappointed

The hotel was under construction and getting ready to change management company but they were still renting rooms. It was strange and noisy when I got there in the afternoon as construction was happening. It was, thankfully, quiet at night. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. I just wish I would have known about the construction before I booked a room.

Room was clean. Renovations in progress had motel torn up. Heater in room was noisy. Breakfast was not available. Renovations were not mentioned online, otherwise I would have stayed somewhere else.

They are remodeling. No breakfast. Plywood walls. Filthy air vents in bathroom. Bad!

Front desk staff were extremely nice, hotel was clean, overall good value.

The stay was very pleasant, the staff was very friendly and the room was quite good and clean

Hotel is under renovations. there was a hole in the wall and the carpet was very dirty.

Ended up not staying here. Bathroom was filthy. No wash cloths. Room was not clean. No breakfast offered. No lights in parking lot.

Missy is absolutely amazing. The whole hotel is completely dirty. Linens could definitely be washed. The pillows have a used smell and the heater does not work. There were absolutely no lights on in the parking lot. It was very difficult to see walking to the front door.

We actually got a good nights sleep. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was clean. Staff tried her best to be accommodating . We feel Expedia should have alerted us to the unavailable services when we booked the room. Upon arrival we were alarmed by the lack of exterior lighting and construction materials all over the place. The hotel did not even appear to be open for business.

Property under renovation which wasn’t mentioned when reservation was made. TV inoperative in our king bed room so had to move to queen bed room. Bathroom sink barely had any water flow. Shower was small and had a small fold down handicap bench, unfortunately no shelves to place shampoo or soap.
