The elevators are so busy.

Rajou and Mahdi ihcen , the cleaning personnel, took great care of us. They were very nice with us, they continuously checked on us to ensure we are not missing anything

The property was near to Haram. Staff and facilities were both good and supportive. Specially our floor staff Raju was very helpful, he maintained the room very well.

Walkable distance to Haram, great reception and service team. Waheed was excellent checking us in. Overall great location and service. Highly recommend it.

The hotel is located near the Haram, just a 6-minute walk from King Abdul Aziz Gate. The front desk receptionist was professional and competent. The room was clean and ready upon our arrival.The bathroom was well equipped with essential amenities, including clean towels, toiletries, and other necessities. There was a leak in the bathroom tap, and when it was turned on, water overflowed onto the basin. The corners of the door and the bathroom walls were dirty. Food delivery was not available to this location through any food delivery app

Mr Mukhtar from house keeping was very cooperative also the security staff was very well managing prayer area outside the hotel

Place relative to haram I spent 4 hours in the reception until housekeeping do the room. Check in was delayed till 5 pm and I was allowed to check in after a fight. Amenities & furniture of the hotel needs renovation

The AC was a bit noisy, I wish they had a la carte menu to order from the restaurant at any time.

Every thing else was bad, but the worest thing happened is that one of the hotel stuff was knocking my room door very hard anf wake me up, i asked him why you knock my door by this way !, he told me the reception wants to know if u are here, i said and why ! I still have 12 hour before my checkout, he said sorry and moved! What a mess?!! Very very bad ,i will never stay their again
