HOTEL BALI AT POBLADO

I liked the staff; Very friendly and helpful. The location was very good, close to restaurants, supermarkets and even walking distance to Santa Fe mall The location also made it very busy and noisy. It was very loud until passed midnight

Everything was close by and walking distance. You have Provenza within a 10 minute walk and also restaurants across the street. The staff was also nice, Luisa and Juan Pablo were very friendly and gave great recommendations on what to do in the city and how to get around.

Location was convenient The staff was very rude; the facility was dirty; the amenities were broken or sub par.

Strong mildew smell. The room didn’t have a closet.

The rustic theme is spectacular, staff was accommodating and attentive to details You have to confirm weather yo want a room with AC or fan to avoid confusion, also ask for cover blankets besides the ones in the room if you are cold.

Convenient and easy to book. friendly staff. clean and good hot water. Didn't need an enormous room , but the room was extremely small

The outlets were in weird spots, no shampoo or conditioner, you can hear the people in the next room talking

Staff is nice and helpful That the first night was a mess, the new building is not suitable to receive guests. We file a complaint at the property and we were moved to the old building the next nights were it was indeed what we were expected for what we paid.

The room is very uncomfortable; it doesn't have a dresser or closet to organize clothes.You have to leave your suitcase on the floor. Also, there's a lot of humidity in the room.

The entrance is nice and has a Nice appearance and the staff tries to help! BUT the rest of the hotel is falling apart! The second floor rooms are poorly maintained, things undone and a strong smell to paint Poor service, we have one room leaking, another smelling like paint, another one with the toilet falling apart ! All showers have only one door so the water splashes everywhere ! Windows not closing correctly, not well isolated, too noisy and mold in some rooms. Frankly one of the worst hotels I’ve had in my life.

Staff is friendly 1- They tried to charged 40$ more than Booking 2- The price was definitely not worth what we got 3- They start cooking breakfast at 7am but our room was next to open kitchen, they were speaking loudly at 7am. So everyday we woke up at 7am because of them 4- They dont change towels unless we ask 5- They dont have shampoo or hair dryer. They have only one big shampoo & one hair dryer, you need to ask each time to get it, then you have to return it. 6- The room dont have windows or views. But even they have these missing things, they charge around $90 per night 7- Currently we are staying at an amazing place in bogota and paying $60 per night.

Location was excellent First night I was put into a room which had a leak so carpet was removed bed moved, clothes got damaged after falling in floor as there’s no place to hang clothes, they wouldn’t move me until day 2.

One of the ladies overcharged me for having a guest, and the breakfast is mediocre at best, no menu, you just get what the lady wants to give you.
