Apartament felt to closed in, muggy. Tv in one room had issues

Modern facilities, accessible snack items, close to surrounding restaurants., clean, and easy access to the building. House keeping was good. Area, too small, didn't have King size bed, missing remotes, no access to one of the TVs, patio door needs to have a screen to allow patio or to stay open for fresh air and to keep insects out.

Great location, walking distance to most things in el poblado. I had the room with the hot tub, which was amazing. Secure, with a key code and key. The room was more like a mini apartment, basic cooking facilities too. No reception, but you are given a number if you need assistance, and the hotel down the road is owned by the same people if you need help. I didn't have my room cleaned for the whole 5 nights

Very noisy with loud music at night until 4 a.m.. Kitchen very poorly equipped - no pots and pans, no kettle, no hob, no bin, no washing up liquid . . . . . need I go on? Shower did not drain well and overflowed into bathroom. On two nights next apartment had a party with loud music, girls coming in and out, and a loud argument at 4 a.m.. We moved out and found a much better apartment close by for less money. If you read the guest reviews, the management keep promising to improve the situation but clearly never deliver.

The location was great. Decent water pressure and hot water in shower. Nice balcony. The staff was very helpful and responsive once I figured out how to contact them. They went out of their way to help me with some issues. There is no front desk. When I arrived, nobody answered the bell. Fortunately a construction worker called somebody to come let me in otherwise I'd probably still be standing there. Took over 20 min which was annoying after a long flight. There is no stove or oven in the kitchen, just a microwave, so you cant cook. The bed is extremely hard. There is only one tiny garbage can in the bathroom for the entire apartment. Definitely needs a bigger garbage can in the kitchen especially since there is no daily cleaning service. Wifi is very slow and intermittent at times. The shower did not drain well and backed up each time I used it. At one point a staff member walked into my apartment without knocking. There was constant noise. Construction banging and drilling all day starting early in the morning. At night music from nearby club blasting til 4am. One night my neighbors partied all night screaming and singing at the top of their lungs despite me asking them to stop multiple times. The living room was tiny with 2 small uncomfortable chairs. There was no ac in the living room, just the bedroom. The balcony sliding door's lock wouldn't latch correctly, so it could easily be opened from the outside. It could have been cleaned better. There was a half used bottle of sex lube on the floor behind bedside table and things were dusty.

The location is great The reason I stay here is for the pool which remained broke the entire time. It was freezing and not usable. They offered me a 2 night credit out of 5 nights. Do not rent here without checking to see if the pool works. Also there is no hot water for showers

Location. On arrival the room was filthy. There was Marijuana left from the last tenets, there were used condom wrappers on the floor in the bedroom, there was broken glass in the pool that i cut my foot on. The hot water never worked and i was unable to take a shower the entire time i was there. The hotel manager offered 1 free night for the inconvenience which is unacceptable.

Nice very well located place. Staff is not present at the property. You have to “ring” them through a camera for them to come through. In my case, I was waiting outside on the street for at least half an hour in order for them to get there.

The all night rave in their pool which was outside my rooms window.

All of the old molding drywall has been fixed. The inside looks good. Great location . Great staff I stay here every month. Since my last review almost everything has been fixed..almost. the hot water only lasted for about 2 minutes then you had cold showers. Very disappointing.

Great location, great value but service could be better The jacuzzi was dirty when i used it. I was not explained all the rules of the place when i had a certain situation where i felt accused of something i didnt know it was against the rules. Staff didnt replace towels everyday and the shower flooded the bathroom

This is my second time staying at this hotel, great decor, location, the most comfortable bed ive slept on while on vacation

Great place, I highly recommend.
