I like the location and the breakfast. Bed was comfortble. 2 bottles of 300ml of water, it's complimentary. The is no mini bar in the room anymore. They used to have the minibar in the room. It is handy having a small fridge in the room to cool drinks or store snacks.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very gentle. You can have breakfast or eat at the restaurant of the hotel.

Very clean, staff friendly. A great breakfast at no extra charge. The location was good, shops and restaurants nearby and walkable. 6th floor dining area very nice. Street noise can be heard. The bed is just a little hard.

The hotel was in the perfect location for us. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful when we left something in our room. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent. Nothing.

The rooms that have a column right in the middle are not very good because of the TV location. Wifi is still bad, I have seen many complaints about it and they haven't done anything to fix it

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Premises are always clean, no noises or disturbances while on premises. This hotel offers a packed breakfast to go if you are leaving earlier than the breakfast start schedule, for example if you are going to an early tour or all day event. They pack the breakfast for everyone in your room to take with them. The breakfast is included and there are a few good choices, fresh fruit and juice. The coffee however could be a bit stronger, it’s too watered down. Overall, a great experience staying at this hotel and would definitely recommend and stay again in the future. The coffee could be a bit better and stronger, other than the food that is sold in the hotel is fairly good. Suggestion for hotel: having a scale available for the guests to be able to weigh their luggage would be helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! It is conveniently located near many malls and close to various attractions, making it an excellent choice for travelers. The breakfast was fantastic, and the food in general was absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They cleaned our room daily as soon as we left and were very helpful in arranging transportation and booking trips. I highly recommend this place for its great price, convenient location, and overall comfort. I would definitely stay here again!

Parking spots pictured on the hotel description are deceived. They have rented half of them and are not available for hotel guests. There is no public parking around and the "not our business" response from the staff was very disappointing.
