The AC was a bit noisy at night. The TV was not a smart TV, which is something you would expect in a three star hotel at this price point. There was only cable, and the content was very limited.

The rooms are too small, the bathroom did not work properly. The TV didn't work so we couldn't listen to music or at least watch something other than local TV shows. The location was good, but you can't walk around the museum or neighboring areas because it is not safe. I consider the price too high based on the amenities.

Location is great, at walking distance from Industriales metro station and fairly close to Poblado and Provenza. A fair amount of restaurants are very close to the hotel. Room window wouldn't stay open, I couldn't get fresh air into the room. Although the breakfast is good and it offers plenty of things to eat, it is a bit pricey.

The rooms are so outdated and look some abandoned in the details as doors carpets bathroom sink and shower. I want to highlight that the customer service is good, but we had to change rooms because the first one smelled and when I went to take a shower the faucet broke and ended up in my hand. We also had to ask for a change in our pillows twice because of the smell.
