Cleanliness could be better. Towels were old and with an odd smell. I feel that to be a 5 star hotel facilities need to be way better such as the room, bathroom, fridge etc. quality of food at the restaurant. There was not an iron in my room for example.

I really like this hotel a lot! I have been staying there for the last year and a half .... at least 10 times. The staff is professional, friendly and will go the extra mile to make you feel at home, the food is high quality, the hotel is always clean, the rooms are great!

No hot water!! Had to complain to front desk om two occasions no hot water or very lukewarm at best. Also they are remodeling the rooms there was construction noises all throughout the night. The pool side jacuzzi was broken and the in pool one.wss very cold

It was very close to Provenza and all the local malls They had construction outside my room everyday to include Saturday morning at 830am. They woke me up with that.
