Nothing They are dishonest, worst place to be

Freddy, Mariana, and Felipe were all exceptional and very helpful with every request we made at Front Desk. The breakfast was tasty and bountiful with fruits and local dishes as well. The gym is not adequate. However the hotel is directly above a full fitness center with daily use and month use passes but don’t believe the pass is good for 24 hrs, it’s not only for the day.

Everything was fine. The employees were polite and professionals in their respective positions. I did not have any issues while my staying.

Bad internet connection The water was not hot

Location

Not being able to drive your car up to the facility when arriving. You have to travel up a hill with luggage when arriving or have your driver park on a busy street and walk about 200 feet to the door. It was hard with a stroller, car seat, diaper bag and luggage in the rain and not a lot of staff to assist

A menu of what the restaurant offers in the room. Something you can hold in your hand. Next, this isn't necessary the hotels fault, however ordering a Uber at the hotel, can be a little chaotic when it is time to get into the Uber. The traffic around the hotel is Very busy and moves fast. When the Uber stops to pick you up, get ready for the cars in back of the Uber to stop blasting their horns. It got so chaotic, that eventually, I just walked about a half a block downhill from the hotel and ordered an Uber in front of an apartment complex.

The breakfast was ample. We had some options for breakfast in the morning. Breakfast: Only there was some days that we didn't get some food that we had a day before. If there was a bit more variety would have been nice. But it was good. Room: only issue we found a bit problematic was that the toilet paper was not enough for 4 people in the room. So we ran out of toilet paper.

Location is very good

Great location, great view and clean The heat water stop working for 2 days, so they changed our room. After that in the nee room the water stopped running, we didn’t have water (not warm nor cold) for an hour. And in checkout they wanted me to pay for a water bottle that we had to use to bathe that day.

Everything was fine. The bar was in maintenance

The staff was amazing and the hotel is beautiful and clean. The building and the area

we asked for a late check out, they mentioned it was ok till 3pm but after that we need to pay and extra night… but at the checkout they charge me half of the cost of a night saying the checkout was at 1pm… bad communication and we honestly choose the hotel believing the late check till 3pm was a cortesy (most hotels in the world allows you when you ask)

I didn't like the pool open hours. After a whole day on tour, you can't relax and enjoy the panoramic at night because the pool closed at 6 pm Also, I didn't like that all the windows have a film. I booked a room with a view, but with that window protection film, it's impossible to make videos or pictures during the day or at night.

You can hear every single door that opens on the floor. But you will get used to it. Tv on the wall would have made it more confortable to watch.

They do not have family room so we had to take 2 rooms and it is hard to have an additional bed for the 5th person.
