Cool hotel

Loved the location and helpfulness of the staff. Also was a quiet place to sleep. Bed could be slightly more comfortable.

The only problem with booking is it says all fees and taxes included. Lie, Lie, Lie, that’s not the truth. If they happen to stamp your passport and check a box incorrectly you will pay all the taxes.

Really stylish, modern hotel in the hear of El Poblado. Very convenient for restaurants and bars. The staff on reception could not have been more helpful. The room was comfortable and the buffet style breakfasts had a wide selection to suit all tastes. The room had no natural light as it opened on to the central atrium

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel during my recent trip to Medellín! The location couldn’t have been better — just steps away from some of the city’s best bars, restaurants, and nightlife. Whether I was in the mood for local Colombian cuisine or a fun rooftop cocktail bar, everything was within easy walking distance Coffee available in rooms would be great! Other than that great stay.

It’s central in Poblado and walking distance to everything. It’s pretty safe to walk alone around. Breakfast had a great variety.

Nice property that I have stayed at many times in the past, but in the recent years, they have raised their nightly rate so I have not stayed until recently. With the lower price. It’s a good value.

Location, staff, bed was very comfortable (pillows not so much) breakfast was good, very clean Pillows were a bit hard, metal doors to bathroom were hard to close and VERY noisy, especially using the bathroom in the middle of the night. Could hear the bathroom doors and showers from other rooms. The breakfast was good but they ran out of food a few times unless you arrived early

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The hotel was spotless, and you could tell cleanliness was a priority. The staff were very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The only downside was that the windows in the room couldn’t be opened, and the room felt a bit dark. Aside from that, everything else was very good.”

-Breakfast was great -Bed was firm and comfortable -Easy and fast check in and out, and they store luggage -very walkable and closed to many places - the design was beautiful with an amazing rooftop restaurant that also serves the breakfast Nothing.

Loved the open air environment! One elevator was out of service.

Overall, everything was great, I loved the facilities, the rooms, the bathrooms, the breakfast .... excellent experience. There was a situation with one of the people who helped us with the check-in, the room was for a foreign citizen and his partner who is NOT a resident of Colombia, despite all attempts we had to pay the VAT of the room, even though the payment was made by the foreigner. It was not the best experience, there was a strong discussion, and it was left as the aftertaste of what happened.

Lovely place to stay again. outside Noises at the room but everything else was great!
