Firenze Lofts

Great location- walkable to restaurants & metro. Good breakfast, clean, very nice staff. Would stay there again. The only minor issue was that the bed was very squeaky, but that’s probably easily fixed. Also the Booking.com description of the rooms should be updated. Ours did not have a balcony or coffee maker, which we didn’t really mind but didn’t match the description.

No tenia disponibilidad al momento de plancha para ropa y/o secador de pelo. Preferible, llevarlos uno mismo o pedirlos con tiempo al momento de hacer la recervacion. El area es mas recidencial, no hay muchos restaurantes en el area, tomar en consideracion que tiene que tomar un taxi o uber para llegar a los distinitos lugares.

Location- safe area, walkable to metro and restaurants. Staff- all very kind and helpful. Spacious twin room with kitchenette. Housekeeping kept room in very good condition. Nice open lobby with patio to relax or eat takeout/delivery. There can be some noise from neighbors across the street with multiple dogs, not under the hotel's control.

No me quedé en esta habitación ya que me movieron de hotel; sin embargo la atención para resolver los inconvenientes fue bastante buena La nueva a la que me mudaron no tenía 2 casamas como la seleccionada sino que era una cama y un sofá cama

The location, the breakfast, the decor I dont think the room was very much sound proff I could hear the lobby from my room

Exactly as seen on the pictures - rooms were very clean and had great views of the city. Great location as well in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Medellin (Laureles) and walking distance to a lot of amenities.

At check out, we couldn’t leave until housekeeping checked the room. Not sure what that was all about. I’ve stated in hundreds of hotel rooms and never had that happen.

No habia secador de cabello, plancha de ropa o steam, no cafe, no restaurant

The staff were fantastic, The location was a half km from the metro and supermarkets were everywhere nearby. We enjoyed happy hour on our balcony and walking to Laureles for restaurants and to the sports complex just to enjoy watching outdoor activity. The shower was always hot with good pressure. We ate breakfast everyday at the nearby hotel associated restaurant. It was basic fare but got us going mornings. Cutlery, dishes, pots and pans were very limited. The front desk provided us one cutting knife (not very sharp) and there was no cutting board so we had to slice things on a plate (which may be why the knife was not sharp)! There was no pitcher for mixing cold drinks.

• Friendly Staff • Big room • Has fridge and place to cook • Has shampoo/conditioner/body wash • In a nicer neighborhood •Didn’t have any towels on arrival (cleaning staff left for the day, didn’t have towels for 2 days) • Would be nice to get a bottle of water in the room • Needs hair dryer • Walls are kind of thin, you can hear a lot of things outside. • Cleaning staff knocked on my door twice before 8AM (While I was sleeping)

Very secure and quiet. Located on a residential street. Room was well equipped and comfortable. Loved the balcony. No complaints. Just keep in mind it’s more of a residential than commercial.

We stayed at Firenze Lofts for 9 nights and absolutely loved our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — always professional, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The facilities are modern, stylish, and impeccably maintained. Everything feels new, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The location is superb — walking distance to excellent restaurants, cafes, and safe, vibrant neighborhoods. Despite being so central, the loft itself was quiet and peaceful, a perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. We travel frequently and Firenze Lofts stands out as one of the best places we’ve stayed. Highly recommended — we would return in a heartbeat!

1️⃣It's a modern building, comfortable and particularly the room I booked with the little kitchen was really practical. 2️⃣The breakfast was good too, the building in the street next up was nice, not to far away or insecure to walk to., a small but nice portion and good flavor. 3️⃣ The staff is really gentle and nice, I arrived before the check in hour so they save my suitcase until then, I check out at 4:50am without any issues, both processes were fast and without complications. 4️⃣ Really good mattress, pillows and bedsheets. 5️⃣ It's a small to medium-sized building, so I felt safe; there are plants everywhere that feel cozy. 1️⃣It's not soundproofed. I was on the third or second floor, not counting my girlfriend, and the noise from the street was unbearable; especially from a small house across the street with three little dogs ? that barked all day and sometimes at night, cars, everything. Everything that moved in the room above us and last night in the one next door: conversations, the bathroom, everything. 2️⃣It wasn't very clean, there was dust on the towel rack and the toilet paper holder, one of my earrings fell off and made me notice all the dust under the bed, also in some corners of the room you could see the dirt; I also had an encounter with a small ? 3️⃣ It didn't have a hairdryer or iron for the clothes (but to be fair I didn't ask for either). 4️⃣ The towels were ultra harsh, enough for a good exfoliation?
