Service was great, excellent variety in breakfasts which is a blessing, accommodated my early check in, well positioned Cheap soap/body wash, and it seems the same liquid soap to wash your hands was provided for washing the rest of your body, which is a no-go for sensitive skin. Broken fixture in the bathroom that's supposed to hold bar soaps, really small bathroom

The location of the hotel is also very good. It’s in a walkable area with easy access to nearby places, which made getting around convenient. There were a few downsides, though. During my stay, the hotel was undergoing construction, and the noise made it difficult to fall asleep on some nights. In the early mornings, I could also hear traffic and car horns from the main road, which disturbed my rest. Additionally, the breakfast had limited options. Overall, the staff truly made the stay special with their kindness and professionalism. However, considering the noise and the limited breakfast, I’m not sure the hotel offered the best value for money, and I might consider other options next time. Noise and lighting of the room

Well located. The bed is comfy. The room and bathroom (especially) were smaller than expected. The shower wasn’t so clean.

24/7 reception, breakfast included, nice staff, clean, water to refill bottles and make hot coffee, little terrace and work areas to work and get out of the room, strategic location. good room design (multiple mirrors, power strip near bed, fridge, lots of storage, bathroom fan, non-leaky shower with good temperature range), dark room to sleep, quiet in the room If you’re an extra sensitive sleeper you might occasionally hear people in the hallways or a loud motorcycle/big truck but it’s secluded and quiet

The brunch cafe, although most of it was free and had a very friendly and welcoming staff, was very small and had a simple menu. The staff's English is also very limited, so if you don't know any Spanish you may not enjoy is as much.

Hotel is very unreasonable they said that the hotel is 5 minutes away from the airport, when actually the hotel is 50 minutes away from the airport disturbing unrealistic
