Breakfast was tasty, the room was fantastic since an entire wall was windows so it allowed for natural light! The location was prime since the neighborhood is quiet but plenty of things to do in the area. I travelled with my parents and felt comfortable leaving one day before their flight for them to explore at their own pace. Pueblito Paisa is across the street so that's a plus! And of course, the staff - muchisimas gracias por todo! Fueron amables, profesionales y muy atentos en todo. It was a great stay for a great price. Might not work for families with small kids since there is no elevator. Gave my parents and I a work out :D

The location was excellent. The room was extremely clean, big-sized and very comfortable, and was cleaned daily. The noise in the room is insufferable, you can hear absolutely everything... If u plan to go, make sure to bring noise-cancellation headphones (to sleep). However, it met my expectations due to how low the nightly rate was.

Reasonably clean, somewhat helpful (but not English-speaking) staff. I booked this place for the location, across from Nutibara Park and fairly close to EOH airport, so in those respects it served my needs. My biggest gripe was it is a 6-story walkup and after a long day flying and almost 4 hours getting through passport control at MDE, lugging my bags up 6 flights was not a nice way to end the day.

It has a great location; however, the building is in front of a principal way, so it's too noisy if you would like to rest. They've installed not-noise windows but it's are white so you can not see anything outside. The staff were not interested in finding solutions even for simple requesters such as providing an iron. The cleaning team was always late; I needed to wait to get into my room because they did not complete the cleaning early. (Please note that I left my room at 8:00 am and got back at 3:300pm and it was not done yet)
