Excellent location and super kind and helpful front desk staff They didn’t clean the room or changed towels. We stayed 3 nights.

Good location, close to a shopping mall, and variety of eateries. Great personnel downtown is a short ride away. Hotel is good and worth every penny I spent for it. Safe neighborhood, decent breakfast. I asked for a travel breakfast AND I DIDN'T GET IT! Didn't ask for a roast beef sandwich or eggs Benedict; I could have been happy with 2 bananas or 2 slices of bread with a fried egg inside! No FANCY stuff. She said that she will mention it to the restaurant. Next morning before catching my uber to Guatape, all I got for breakfast was NADA, just the finger! Personnel is very helpful, but PLEASE DON'T GET TRAPPED and book an excursion/tour from them. I made the mistake to book a city tour with the comuna 13 tour, it was a misunderstanding, I waited for the at Pueblo Paisa, they didnt show up; but they didnt mention to stupid me that there are 2 entrances! Better book a tour with a reputable company like Viator/Get Your Guide or even booking.com! I lost a day and it was their fault! Oh! And something else! watch out the beds they have very sharp edges!

Room was too small and didnt have closet space for clothes. We were Very dissapointed. The Hotel mánager put us in a different hotel. Too small

WARNING its a Scam Hotel

Overall the staff is great. Extremely helpful & attentive. The property is clean & in a good location. I was disappointed when l mistakenly over paid for my meal & the restaurant staff failed to bring the error to my attention. I went over my changed & immediately realized l was short. I had no problem getting back the money & l stopped leaving a tip. Desappointed but it didn’t change my opinion of the hotel stall. Beware this could happen anywhere in Colombia. Learn the currency.

The room is basic but clean. The location is excellent if you are attending a conference at Plaza Mayor which is a 5 min walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful but they do not speak English. I felt safe walking around in this area. The breakfast is only available from 7 am to 0830 am. Whilst the location is convenient, there are not many places to eat. However there is an amazing Pizzeria 5 mins walk away which is a great value for money and excellent in taste.

Breakfast was good and the ubication is excellent The place is small so you can hear almost everything around you, especially the noise from the reception.

Very nice small hotel, not very close to anything ( except the useful Unicenter mall and Pueblito Paisa, best views ever), but using a taxi app its easy to get anywhere.Yum breakfast al fresco, order the calentado! Maria at reception was super helpful but... you will need some Spanish at least. I used the laundry service but I don't recommend it.

Good price for a one night stay without 0 expectations it’s ok The night receptionist kept speaking loud over the phone all night long so I barely slept because of her ! It’s so irrespecutful especially when it comes from the staff Also all the bed sheets were stained but when I asked for a new one they were also stained so it was cleaned cover because I saw they were taken from the washing machine but still in bad conditions They were no towels in the room and soap
