Excellent staff,rooms were recently redone and had great AC.Felt very safe and secure in the area.Was able to park my car right out front first come first serve.The girls at the front desk took their jobs seriously and were top notch

Not clean, a lot of broken stuff in the room.

My room was very dirty including the sheets. I was actually concerned about bed bugs. I had one dirt towel. The TV did not work and the WiFi was too weak to do anything with. Don’t be mislead by the pictures. Avoid this place.

Safe. Everiting,was very good. The location was the best.

Have stayed here before and the location is safe/this is critical as I was robbed at 2 other hotels

It was close to things. The front desk people were nice. Someone that cleans the room stole $100 USD out of my bag. And it wasn’t easy to find so they must have gone through quite a bit

Nothing as we didn't stay there. They cancelled our booking at fairly short notice. They said they had made a muddle with bookings and were over-booked. They said they had passed our booking to a sister hotel, but when we arrived the second hotel didn't appear to know anything about it. They claimed to be full but I suspect they just didn't want to honour the price we were due to pay. They tried to pass us on to yet another hotel, but when I insisted we would only pay the original price, the second hotel miraculously had a room available.

I had a check in the evening and my bed was full of hairs, which means the bedsheets were not changed after the previous guest, that was horrible! Also, not possible to sleep after 6.30-7am, it's very loud and noisy because of the beginning of the breakfast (which was decent). Last but not least - there is no proper ventilation in the room so it's quite hot and humid inside.

Ended up staying with hotel med an associated hotel. Got into a problem while I was there and the staff were amazing in helping me to sort it out, by providing as much help as they could and made sure I was well looked after. Cannot understate how well the hotel med staff treated me.

Great location. A short walk from the centre of Laureles but away from the noise of the bars. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Tasty breakfast. Staff could have been a little friendlier

Very cheap (main reason it was passable despite issues below) The location was excellent. Really close to loads of bars and restaurants but no external noise at night. Walking distance to the metro station and stadium. A/C was excellent. Fridge in the room to keep stuff nice and chilled. Ample shelving. Breakfast was adequate. The sheets were not clean. We had one towel total (no hand towel, no mat etc). When we asked for new towels, handing in our used towel, we received no further towels leaving us without. The shower was unpredictable and was a genuine scald risk if you weren't quick enough to move the taps. Staff generally quite unfriendly. Asked if we wanted our room cleaned, we said yes, they did not do it. Internal acoustics were excellent, unfortunately not what you want in a hotel - we were two flights of stairs away from reception, yet could hear every conversation. Could also hear noises from other rooms (showers, porn auditions at 3am). If you are unlucky with the other guests, you probably will be woken up many times even with earplugs in due to massive gaping holes at the door. Would not describe as family friendly. Breakfast, while adequate, featured a quarter of a banana and no further fruit, which is simply just being tight. The coffee was poor (not unusual for Colombia surprisingly). Also description says streaming services and whilst the TV had loads of channels, streaming was not available. There was only the main light in the room which was very bright white light, almost lab-like. No lamps.

location was good nice breakfast very clean no extra towels, no extra pilows, shower... the door was mising. no closet, no safe. tv does not work

Staff was great (estefany and the guy) and 2 out of 4 times I had a good breakfast. I couldnt sleep one night, you hear every word from inside the room. I saw the lights going on and off the whole night while guests were coming home or the staff was doing smth. I heard EVERYTHING what was going on: washing dishes, cleaning ,talking or when the other workers arrived to start working at around 6 a.m. I asked few times to change room, thanks god the second night i got the first floor but it didnt change much, lots of noise still. I wanted to relax, i left with a head ache and sleep deprivation.
