Hotel Villa Real

It was dirty no lights in the hallway,power goes off and on,you can’t have friends over and if you do you have to pay $14 dollars every time someone visits you.this was the worse place I’ve ever been.

No ac/ no air circulation in the room, bath tub had to climb over a wall just to get in. Beds were hard that you can fill the springs.

Hotel Villa Real is an excellent and inexpensive place to stay. It is located on La 70 which has numerous restaurants, bars, and stores that cater to both locals and tourists. It is located two blocks from the Estadio Metro station which will get you downtown in minutes. The staff is attentive and friendly. Due to the building's construction, the hotel is a little noisy.

Very central location and quiet inside the hotel and the staff are also good. I was also lucky enough to have a small window with an excellent view, which I appreciate. I didn't like that there were a lot of cockroaches, there were no tables or chairs and the room felt very poor and austere. The bed also fell apart easily because the sheets didn't fit properly.

False information about the hotel and location

The service was amazing, helpful and nice. Really loud inside and not just because of the party area. Really basic,but thats what you pay for.

Only the location I asked to change 3 rooms because the furniture is totally old and not functional. The closets are disassembled. It is impossible to rest in the rooms close to the street. Never ask for room 215 or 211.

There was no breakfast! Coffee was fine, staff generally cheerful Room w/cockroaches; fornitura falling aparte and wire poking through nattress

Good location. Near the metro & many restaurants. The WiFi didn’t work. The air conditioning didn’t work. One thing towel for two people.

The property staff was kind from the start. The location of it was great because you can step out to the night life. It was at a walking distance to the stadium. Bed was comfy for us but that’d different for everyone. This not horrible but there is no AC unit in the room but did have a fan. At times it was struggle to cool down. Our room was on an end which we didn’t hear much of nightlife and weren’t disturbed could be from guaro.

Staff, location close to everything, just walking distance of everything, friendly staff… Wasn’t havint hot water on room 614

Nothing. Mattress and pillows were as hard as rocks. Bath towels the size of hand towels and literally felt like sand paper. Roaches on the couch in the lobby. With the exception of one young lady at the front desk, the others at the front desk need some serious training in hospitality. if you’re thinking of staying in this hotel, DONT DO IT!!! Not worth the money you are going to save.
