Good location, kind staff Very hot and AC that shut off randomly. Music was loud and lights very bright all night despite the shades. Private rooms are tiny.

I had a great stay at this hostel. The people were friendly and welcoming, and it’s a nice, comfortable place to stay. Laura was especially kind and welcoming—she helped me with everything I needed and made my stay even better. I would definitely recommend it! I also loved that they have two locations and organize activities almost every day. The hostel has a kitchen, gym, pool, rooftop, and plenty of other great amenities, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything was great.

Very stuffy in rooms! We had to keep the balcony open 24/7, it became extremely hot and no fresh air the moment we close it. Please add air circulation to rooms! ?
-
Difficult to relax around the pool at times due to music from 1pm, early morning chat in the kitchen downstairs can travel up to the other rooms - can be loud at times (manageable with earplugs).
-
If you have a vehicle there's nowhere to park and there's no food within the facility

The activities Sofía was an exceptional person and very friendly, all the questions I had about activities in the city and the hostel she gave me all the options, I am leaving happy

Best place to stay! Has it a pool, as gym, a cool bar and activities. Bed was comport and kitchen was full equipped and great staff, especially Kathe who helped a lot Can get. Bit noisy on weekends, but that is the same for many other hostels around

I loved everything! First of all, so many things to do! The staff is super chill and actually helpful. Thank you Qipitos for explaining very thing so patiently, even though I kept asking the same question multiple times jaja. Area is extremely safe the area in general is super expensive.

So I ended up extending my stay l because I liked it so much. This time I got a private room with a balcony and it was so nice. Completely worth the money. The view is incredible! It’s especially great if you have actual work to get done and you want to stay a little bit longer, but don’t wanna be stuck in a boring hotel. The area in general is expensive

The service is incredible; everyone is willing to help. Kate and Thomas are amazing; they help you solve everything. The facilities are great; you can relax and have fun in the same place.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Hostel is clean and well-maintained. Awesome common kitchen. Very, very small room, size is only enough for a double bed and night shelf on both sides. No room for any furniture - chair or small table. Only 1 small storage shelf and couple of drawers in the bathroom.

But mostly the staff. They were all such lovely, kind people. Mediona especially, just made you feel so taken care of! Couldn't ask for better people! That I'm not there now.

The buildings were both fine. Staff was great!! Noise!!!

Both locations (caution, there's two locations around the corner from eachother that book under the same entity) are in a great area, right in the center of all the bars and cafes and restaurants you could want. Staff was wonderful across all locations!! The kitchen is huge and well stocked, and they have a great policy for bag storage if you check in/out early/late. The pool was out of service when I stayed, and they offered to shuttle us over to their 3rd location across town to use their pool, which we did and that was an appreciated touch. The pool unfortunately was out of service when we stayed, and by that I mean there was no water in it and most of the rooftop was blocked off with yellow tape. This wasn't made known to us in advance which is disappointing because as I'm sure is the case with a lot of you, the pool was pretty much the reason we chose this hostel. There is also -nothing- to do here in the mornings. I usually wake around 7am, and the gym doesn't open until 9am and the rooftop (what limited seating it had) isn't accessible until 10am, and when I asked why that is I was told it's because that's when the bar opens. That seems like a wild waste of space to me, why not allow early risers to go enjoy a coffee or a read up there? I can definitely see how this place could be great, it just missed the mark for us big time.
