Staff great

Comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. This place was excellent compared to other boutique hotels in Medellin. The room was quiet at night, the shower was hot, and the breakfast was good and filling. The hotel was great on the inside, but it was just so-so on the outside. The neighborhood was mid-to-upscale by Medellin standards. It's located on an access road near an overpass and a traffic circle, so make sure that your taxi driver knows how to find the place.

My room was next to the highway the windows wasn't isolated. Bit noisy mornings and afternoon

Hotel was clean, staff was helpful I didn’t like that it was noisy. It’s located close to a bridge, the area is not secure. We didn’t feel secure to walk around. The service at the restaurant for breakfast it takes too long, you need to go with time. It took more than 30 min to order, There is only one person attending breakfast.

The contract we had to sign about if we break something or if something gets dirty we have to pay 100% and 50% for the inconvience. Even though the sheets were already dirty when we arrived, some parts of the bed was already broken, a light was not working. It is very noisy, the traffic around the hotel is literally bothering the whole night even with windows closed. The breakfast is below standards, microwaved croissants, tastless fruit and the hot chocolate and coffee tasted like water. It is not the most central located place.

Breakfast, location was fine. It is very close to the shopping mall. Staff were outstanding, both at check in and the restaurant.

Roof restaurant with a great view

Very nice welcoming staff. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Good breakfast. Situated on a very busy dual carriageway so extremely noisy even at night. Single glazing so not adequate soundproofing. Almost unbearable if you want the windows open for fresh air.

Okay cheap stay

Staff is overly nice, friendly and helpful. Nice and very clean room with AC which is appreciable as it can get really hot. I stayed 2 times at this hotel and would stay there again if I come back to Medellin The fridge can be quite loud Music from the bar upstairs which is loud but stop at 10 or 11pm I believe.

Great location. Rooms were being cleaned every day. Very spacious.

The location was really good, i felt very safe. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The laundry service almost took 2 full days which kind ofn inconvenienced me but that’s the only ‘negative’ thing so overall i had a really good time and would book this again.

Room: the room was an ample size with enough space to store my clothes etc. Mine was facing the highway so there was a lot of noise from the cars driving by but I was able to sleep through the night with no problem (ps they provide earplugs if you need them - just ask the front desk). Staff: they were superb. So nice and friendly. Made me feel very welcomed. Gave me a slice of birthday cake for my birthday which was soooo sweet of them. Food: the included breakfast was limited but also good - eggs, toast, fruit, coffee. I ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant one time and it was very good as well especially the hamburger. Location: Ubers found it easily. There is a huge mall right next to it (about a 1 minute walk) which was convenient to get anything little thing I need including have my dollars changed to pesos. Cleanliness - while my room was cleaned everyday which I greatly appreciate I think maybe adding in some vacuuming will help because there seemed to be a problem with stray hairs all over the room.

It was a nice comfortable hotel, love the rooftop bar, closed to everything, the staff were very nice and accommodating. The only thing is it was very noisy because the highway was right out of our window. But other then that it was a nice stay
