It is bit away from Hassel and bus’s I. It was secure and 5-6 min from supermarket Break first all way 4 days same 2 kind of food eggs or bread with jams or some muelsy

This is a great little guest house that I do recommend. The room I got was basic but sufficient, and it's perfectly located in a safe, quiet part of Poblado, but near everything where you want to be. There is no air conditioner, which wasn't a problem on the night I was there, but obviously if there was a hot night, then it could be a concern.

I had an excellent stay at Poblado Guesthouse. The place was very clean and well maintained, and the location is perfect—right in the middle of the market with everything close by and easy to access. A special thanks to Santiago, who was extremely helpful and kind. He even allowed me to keep my bags safely before check-in, which made things so much easier for me. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place.

AVOID THIS PLACE, fake photos, horrible food, unsafe rooms, uncomfortable beds, unclean. The only positive side it is in a good location, but so is sleeping on the street Where to start. First of all, the listing is fake, they have photos from a different hotel to lure you in. 1. Fake photos, the lobby, rooms, etc... nothing like the photos, you will be welcomed into a prison cell like vibe 2. The windows don't close fully, our window didn't even lock, and there was a roof next to our window which made us feel extremely unsafe 3. The windows might as well don't exist, they don't block any sound and you are next to tons of bars, forget sleeping 4. Speaking of sleeping, the beds are tiny, I couldn't fit in the bed, and if you move any side you fall, you will feel every spring of the bed, the pillows might as well don't exist 5. Sheets extremely unclean, we saw weird yellow spots around the sheet, when we complained we were ignored 6. The bathroom is miserable, forget hot pressured water, you are welcomed to moudly small shower, with no pressure 7. Breakfast is a joke, a stale toast with an unflavoured egg, I swear there are prisons better than this place 8. Absolutely nothing positive about this place, the location is great until you realise if you want to use this horrible place for just sleeping you won't get any sleep

Great location. Convenient, walkable to but pleasantly removed from the busy areas Beware the communal kitchen. The staff threw away my food without warning even though it was unopened and compactly located in a lower drawer out of the way

There is nothing to report.

Location Hotel staff was unhelpful. Hey didn't notify us there was a planned water cut. We had a day without water. No toilet flushing, no tooth brushing, no shower. Apparently, they "thought" the tank would be sufficient.

The staff was nice and friendly.

I suggest air conditioner than a fan because the room was too hot sometimes.

Exceptional

It was incredibly loud on Saturday night as it’s a very popular party neighbourhood. I was there Saturday to Wednesday and the other nights were very quiet.

The staff were efficient and helpful. Easy check in. The breakfast was great. Bars and restaurants on the doorstep and the main square for nightlife was about 5 minutes away.

Good location, well equipped kitchen and nice common areas. Included breakfast was great value for money (eggs of choice, toast, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and juice). It was a bit noisy, could too easily hear other guests and loud music from nearby bars.

Comfortable room, good nights sleep. Perfect for recovering from a more social hostel the days before! Breakfast was also nice
