Locations is very good. It's noisy with street traffic but that doesn't bother me Entry key to building often doesn't work and is scary especially if that happens in the night. The management says they can not do anything about it. Apartment needs better upkeep. Things done work and and service is spott. some times staff doesn't answer calls or takes a couple days to respond. Other times they come promptly

No reception or doorman

The bed is big and comfortable. The jacuzzi was good. They fixed all things quickly. Like hor water problem, lights. Its unbelievable noisy. Its on the main road and opposite of the building is a construction area which is extreme noisy the whole day even on weekends.

Employee was very amicable also The place looked clean. Security was expected for the type of property we rented, Very close to restaurants and a grocery store Bad things about our stay, was the other guest arriving around 4 am a bit drunk and loud, also property has on a 4th floor without elevator, definitively not for Seniors or disabled,

Good location, fairly quiet...... One set of keys was extremely inconvenient...asked for a second set but were not provided.....seemingly required both of us to remain together although we had differing agendas.....Four different locks to access the hallway/ apartment, one of which required a key to get out....dangerous in case of fire as apartment was on the 4th floor (walkup).

Easy to find and seamless check-in and check-out. If you read the booking confirmation you should know what to expect. The jacuzzi was much larger than expected and the water is hot, but runs out after 10/12 minutes so you have to make your own hot water on the stove (simple) it’s Colombia. The hot water does replenish itself after about a hour. Shower head needs to be replaced- splashed water everywhere towards the end of my stay.

Room was big The apartment is next to a very, very loud street. If you don't value sleep, it might be OK. One of the two air conditioners was broken and because of the big glass window it got incredibly hot inside. It was also very unclean. Almost disgusting. There were long black hairs everywhere. There was also an ant infestation. The next point is that it is obviously designed for sex tourism. But no girl would want to go to a place like this.

Don't book here. When we arrived, there was nobody there to let us in. Even though we announced our arrival, nobody responded on Booking, and most numbers stated for contact are wrong. The place was very loud as it is directly located next to a main street, and extremely hot. Its on the top floor without any insulation below the roof. It neither was cleaned properly.

Exceptional

Location was convenient. Close to Parque Poblando, Paque Lleras and Metro. Top floor, no elevator, only one of two A/C worked. Apt faced sunrise directly by 9:30 the room is an oven. One a/c is not enough to compete with heat. Apt rep was more concerned about cash deposit than any other detail. Be prepared to take pictures of everything as they go over everything with a much more critical eye upon checkout.

This apartment is exactly as pictured and was comfy and in an excellent location. The host (or host friend) meets you at the apartment to make sure everything is ok and give keys. It is a short walk to the Poblado metro station, the park, and numerous restaurants. This is a fourth floor walk up, which was fine for me but should be mentioned in the property description for accessibility purposes. Be prepared for a 550.000 security deposit payment on site in cash or Bancolombia/Nequi. It is returned quickly after checkout but it was unexpected and could potentially be a problem for some.

It’s close to everything you want to go to! It’s not their fault, but it’s in between the busiest roads and is very loud. I wasn’t able to sleep well but I was fine with it because of the location. The staff was very kind and helpful.

very very good everything no hot water

It was great value for the accommodation. We loved the privacy of having our own apartment that was spacious and allowed us to have a routine during our travels. The kitchen had the basics for cooking a meal, had access to Netflix and great water pressure in the shower. We could hear people in the hallway very clearly as well as the guest in the apartment next to us, which wasn’t a huge deal during the day, but he listened to music loudly until 1-3am almost every night and it kept us up.

The place is just as pictured. Comfortable and in a great location. Not the friendliest service. The booking doesn't accept digital cards and I wasn't told this until AFTER paying for the reservation and being informed in a message (keep in mind the cancellation policy does not offer refunds). I had thought I made the reservation with the numbers of my physical card, however didn't realize the numbers on my card were different and that there would be a problem until I arrived for check in. This is when the service got quite unfriendly and impatient about the situation. I was told I would have to pay in full again PLUS 4% (to cover refund transfer fees) using a different card before I could be refunded to my digital card. When I complained about the 4% to the owner in the messages (because I wasn't made aware of the digital card ploicy until after making the reservation), I was told "It's under $10 its a lot of argument over a little bit of money". While trying to decide how to move forward, the person attending check-in was very impatient, telling me he didnt have time for this and he had me remove myself and my things to outside the apartment while he went to go attend to something else and return to settle the situation. Overall, I was very displeased with the handling of the situation and the abrasive, unfriendly, impatient manner in which I was dealt with, as a paying customer. I only stayed because I had no other option at the time and they were good and ready to put me out. This being my first experience upon arriving to the city, I had to actively put it out of my mind in order not to let that negative experience put a cloud over the rest of my stay. It's a space I would have happily considered staying again if it weren't for this experience.
