Arden Motel

Breakfast was quite adequate nad the fact that the milk was in 1 litre container was tremendous Had difficulty mamaging the stairs and the fact that the hotel over the road had closed

Close to the city center. Good parking space. A bit old styled but that's not much of a problem.

Really easy going. Charming place. And you cannot beat the location. So easy for travelling into Melbourne by car. No complaints.

Very convenient to the royal Melbourne hospital for family and friends while I was in hospital Hard to fine any faults with this Motel

Kitchen appliances were dirty. Fridge was very noisy. Very dated overall.

I didn't use the breakfast but it was a slice of bread with condiments and some cereals with milk. The location was great, near the RMH where I had an early appointment. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Cleanliness around the kitchen and bathroom wasn't good. It is so outdated and the shower was pretty dirty with a curtain. My room faced the main road so I could hear traffic as no double-glazed windows. Really needs an upgrade

Perfect location for hospital visits, spacious room with everything we needed. Great to have continental breakfast included and ample real milk.

Very clean. Great location and pretty quiet area. They supplied a basic breakfast of bread and spreads, cereal, juice and real milk! Very dated, old towels with threads missing. Unfortunately they allowed smoking on the landing and have ashtrays attached to the wall. As a non smoker it was very disappointing to have smoke entering our room from the window vent above the ashtray and from under the door. The only other two windows away from the smoke were tiny and didn't have screens to keep the flies out.

Good location, spacious room very clean. A little outdated- throw back to the seventies…

I loved the continental breakfast provided. The room was clean, and I enjoyed using the enclosed light-filled balcony for breakfast. The room is a little dated, but it brought back memories of travelling with family when I was younger. Free parking is a plus, and being close to the city, Uber was cheaper than paid parking.

The guy at reception was awesome! Very nice and we had a laugh. The rooms are very dated but everything was very clean, worked and was comfortable. I like cheap and simple. I love that it's a motel in the city where you can park your car! Nothing.

It's proximity to the hospital. Booking .com referring to me as Russell, that's my surname. The price could be cheaper.
