Good Good

Good overall. The internet kept making me re-login over and over which sucked. However, the internet was streaming quality. The location was great, well located for dining, shopping and the trolleys. I hate bunk beds in general but it’s far better when hostels use real stairs (instead of ladders). I fell off the top bunk onto the concrete floor below-trying to get to the bathroom.

Conveniently located, facilities are clean and functional. The room and bed are clean and comfortable. The reception team are warm, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended accommodation, definitely worth the money. Nothing.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was near attractions and transportation was close by.

Great location.

Conveniently located, facilities and bed are clean and comfortable. I have stayed here a few times and haven't had any issues with the place or teams so far. The huge lounge areas outside the rooms on each floor are amazing to hang out in. It's worth the experience and money. Nothing.

Everything is fine I really like it

Little pricey during my stay.
-
Very clean, easy check in

Its fine for a few nights but its so overpriced for what your actually getting; a shared hostel room. Common areas are ok but quite hard to find somewhere quiet to work or take a call.

The location is very convenient; it's two blocks from Melbourne Central station and are within walking distance from most amenities, including Victoria Market. The room, bedding, bathroom and facilities like the dining and lounge area are comfortable, clean and well maintained. This is the first time I've tried staying in dorms and really enjoyed the experience, especially the self-service side of this accommodation, like the check-in. Highly recommended! Nothing.

The hotel location is great. Tram stop and market is beside, many restaurants all around, very easy. The bed is comfy as many other comments said. Our room was lower floor, so it was a bit noisy with the street drinkers on Saturday night. Unfortunately, there was a teenager sport club group more than 20 girls. Very noisy just outside the room ... but those were unlucky situation and not for everyday. It was difficult to find a space in the fridge.

The location is great! Accessible to the shopping centers, trams, near Queen Victoria Market, hospitals, etc. I get the upper bunker for being the last to arrive ?.Going up and down is a struggle, but it's all worth it!

Everything No refund when I wanted to move and I had extended extra days

Though there are elevators inside, you still need to carry your luggage over stairs before you reached the lobby. Didn't know they were renovation some parts of the hostel before going, they didn't say, so there was no laundry room during my stay. I spent money for ordering lower bunk, but was occupied by other people before I reached, and the staff couldn't change for me because I was the last one in the room. I didn't get that part of money back.

Location System to check in, system to open doors, pay for locker (before was free)

I really liked the hostel, especially its stylish and welcoming design. The spaces are well decorated and create a great atmosphere. The cleanliness is excellent, both in the rooms and in the common areas, which are always tidy and well maintained. A big highlight is the staff: friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which makes the stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Nothing in particular

Big communal kitchen. Big pods A lot of storage inside the pod and outside which you can lock. 2 showers and 2 toilets in the room. Perfect location. The pod was super hot, the venti didn’t do nothing but noise. The sheets had to many hairs

Sometimes the front desk is rather busy,

Location was good A shared room has one bathroom and then the entire fourth floor only has one additional toilet. Have fun spending an hour to take a leak. Oh ya and check in was complicated and took 30 minutes after midnight. Was full of minors
