Location, rooms, facilities and staff were fantastic They are doing upgrades to their lifts so they were a bit busy but it wasn’t really an issue

WE Loved the beds super comfortable. Like the fast one Lift that was in operation The cold spa Temperature was useless. The pillows were cheap and soft. The Breakfast was absolutely appalling. After spending many nights in motels and hotels in Melbourne the only thing going for this place is the Location. The breakfast was disgusting and running out of everything plus you need to have individual condiments and not in jars as its unhygienic and after covid things should have been changed. Warm milk, no toast bread. No service and very short staffed

Location very good. Staff very helpful and curteous. View from room poor, privacy poor. Overall cleanliness of hallways poor, carpet needed vacuuming. Mirrors and lift door unclean.

The location was really good. You need to improve your cleaning. Unfortunetly, I had hair on my plate with food and under my pillow. Please improve your cleaning. Thank you.

An excellent central location. We were able to walk everywhere. Work is being done with lifts so at certain times of day we had to wait a while to get in one.

Loved Location Our room the TV didn’t work properly. When searching for my glasses I miss placed in the room, I had to move the beds etc and the dust under the beds was gross and very dusty, behind the Telly and around the fridge, found someone else’s rubbish under the lounge and cushion covers.
