The check-in experience was quick and the girl at the front counter who served us was very polite and helpful. The building looks pretty on the outside, but wait until you step inside - it looks even nicer! Nothing to criticize. I really genuinely loved the location, the room quality and features, and also the easy access to DFO area through the under pass.

Perfect location, opposite the DFO for shopping and 10min walk to the casino, staff were friendly, room was exceptional, king size bed was comfortable, we had dinner and breakfast via room service ordered on the hotel app which was easy to use, good prices and delivered hot within 20mins each time. Will be staying here again Hard to say, not much comes to mind

breakfast was very good. it was also very clean too. staff member where very friendly.

Food was average. After check out it was not possible to keep a card for gym and games room in case of late departure.

My wife and I have stayed twice before. The hotel is excellent. Polite and efficient staff. Magnificent breakfast. Sensational views. We thoroughly appreciated the upgrade given to us on checking in. Nothing.

staff were lovely, great facility. I loved that they did a jacket drive for the homeless, everything was super clean and well designed. I would absolutely stay here again. could hear the freeway, cocktails were pretty pricey, only one milk, we had too go all the way down to get a fork to eat our food and there were no wine glasses.

Brilliant view, close to the tram stop The coffee machine makes extremely weak coffee. Would like to option to make coffee a different way.

.The staff at reception and the lounge from which i ordered food and drinks. The fact that my AUS100 security deposit was hold onto for more than a week. The breakfast room was a disappointment I expected it to be smarter. The breakfast was not 5-star quality or quantity.
