They had cooked fish previously in apartment and we couldn't get rid of smell it was horrible

The place is good size for a family. The place is a bit old and not updated. Not enough outlets in the right places to allow for charging station.

At the city. I order serviced apartment, turned out to be an air BNB runs by urban management. No standby staff, no daily cleaning. i lost an online parcel sent to the apt before. And the building management said its not their responsibility as its an air BNB. We ordered through booking.com stating an serviced apartment. This is the fourth time we stayed in this apartment in the last 10 years. The current management sucks. The only responsible staff is a man who willing to help us through the check in (although its not his responsibility). Bad hotel/serviced apartment management. But the building, location and interior is excellent. Clean enough. We stay for 6 days but no cleaning at all. Although we ask for a cleaning. But we survived.

Clean, comfortable apartment in a central location. Hosts were easy to deal with and they provided an extra bed on request. Had all facilities I would expect. Nothing

The location was amazing. The room was very spacious which was great. Things offered in the room were OK. Parts of the room were not clean (behind curtains and furniture). The plug did not fit the bath so was useless. We stayed for 9 nights and there was no mid-stay clean or linen/towel change. There was no broom so we couldn't even clean up ourselves. The kitchen equipment was basic and stained/dirty (pots and pans especially). There were no bin bags and the bin was tiny. I think offering a few extra bin bags is a pretty basic service. There was noone on reception therefore noone to tell about our issues.

There was only one functioning elevator during our stay, that was a little inconvenient but outside of that there were no other concerns that we did not like.

The location and space of the apartments is amazing. There are no staff or reception. You have to download and app and manage all your own checking in. Our assigned key didn't work so then we had to sit in the lobby and wait for someone to come and get us a new key. There are no luggage storage facilities like there was last time. We just did what everyone else did and left our stuff behind the desk so we could shop all day.

Location Restricted reception hours; poor WiFi (literally cannot connect); only provided bottled water on 1st day and none thereafter.

Handy location. Clean and tidy. Good security Well appointed apartment. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and cafes. Handy to multiple tram lines A little noisy at night

The receptionist was there upon arrival and check-in was very easy. -

Good location. Staff are nice. Clean. The air-conditioning/heating was not working. Someone did bring some fans in, however, it would have been nice to let guests know in advance if you are going to enter their rooms while they are away. Its a bit unsettling when people enter the room unannounced. The washer dryer combo is a bad idea. Takes a few hours to dry clothes. Probably not good for the power bill either.

Reception desk for manned only for limited hours and mostly on one in the afternoon hours.

Easie to get into the unit. Great location. Lovely large apartment. Nothing

Kitchen goods must have been provided more

Location was great, close to where we needed to be. When walked in seemed ok. On closer look there was dust collected on the carpet in the corners and dirty walls. The toilet seat was deteriorating and uncomfortable to sit on. The tiles, you could tell they had been mopped but left a sticky residue and felt yuck to walk on. And the air conditioning does not work, cannot change the temperature in the room, constantly hot and stuffy. The TV was old and bad picture.

The fact that reception closes in the middle of the day - is not convenient at all for a city centre apartment block- it was quite painful. We opted for a hotel, so we could drop our luggage before check in etc (which is not possible in an AirBNB) and with reception closed - we ended up not being able to. The property was not well cleaned - the lifts, the carpets in the hallways - everything was dirty. Just hadn't been vacuumed and mopped for a long time. Reception had a very bad smell - like water damage/musty and for the first 24 hours of our stay there were huge baskets of dirty laundry (clearly waiting to be picked up) - but they dominated the foyer (as there were probably 6 huge cage/basket things) - very odd. Just a small thing - but we wanted one of the rooms to have 2 single beds & they did that in the main room with the ensuite - which also seemed odd. All this would be ok if it was priced accordingly, but it was at the very high end of pricing ($900 per night for 2 bedder). Of all of our travels - it was the most expensive property we stayed at - and the daggiest.

The grout and sealant in the bathroom could use a refresh (old and mouldy).

Came in late due to train delay and was let in by staff regardless. This place is amazing for the price - or any price: tons of room and all facilities for a longer stay - including cooking hotplate, appliances, cable and a washing machine. A real surprise - will use again. Nothing to detract from the experience
