Beautiful area. Views spectacular. C112 bus easy to get to get into town. Breakfast is wonderful. Hosts Eleanor and her son David are so kind and helpful. They go out of their way for everything. My apartment was great. Garden area was delightful. I had an awesome time was there five nights. Nothing

It was absolutely dreamy - everything from the views to the location, waking up to stunning views outside my window was worth every penny! The bed was also extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby. Everything was perfectly clean and it was in an amazing location, very easy to visit all the other towns like Bellagio and Varenna! David and his mom were amazing hosts, I truly felt right at home and could’ve easily stayed longer. As a solo traveler, I felt super safe - David and his mom were extremely accommodating! They always helped to make sure I knew how to get from point A to point B and back. He was super communicative and very helpful with everything I had questions about. It is not in a super walkable location, so expect that you will need to book rides to get to other locations, but it was a non-issue as David made it very easy to navigate.

David & the staff were exceptional hosts! Breakfast was tasty and beyond our expectations. The room was incredible. We had a balcony with a breathtaking view of the lake. Definitely our favorite stay in Italy! Would highly recommend.

The property had a lovely room which was spacious and clean. Very well kept gardens, and beautiful view of the lake. Lovely restaurants within walking distance of the house. Left the car and went into Menaggio on the bus at the bottom of the road. Nothing negative to say

Eleanor and David (the hosts) were the highlights! Such kind and helpful people and Eleanor makes AMAZING breakfast cakes. The location is great for an amazing view and if you’re there when the local restaurants and things are open, but I am very glad I had a car for this property location. Also a couple of good activities very near the property. Their dog and cat are both very sweet- Pongo (probably spelled wrong) is the happiest rescue and he will make sure everyone knows he is a happy and free boy!

Nice room with ensuite. Lake Como views from large outdoor sitting area. Very nice and substantial breakfast. Private parking area. Day ferry pass for 15 euro allowed travel to Bellagio, Varenna and a couple of other stops. No fridge, but able to use part of fridge in breakfast room.

Breakfast was very good with fresh baked goodies. Location with breakfast in the gardens overlooking lake como was wonderful. Hosts were very helpful in suggestions and making reservations. Highly recommend as a B&B. Nothing

The views from this B&B were picturesque and serene. The accommodation was spotless and a home away from home. The hosts were warm, beyond caring/accommodating, and made our stay seamless (I wish I could write all the details there are to this, no kinder hosts have I met before in all my travels). Here, we got a 5-star treatment for far less than what other big hotel chains offered. Pongo (I hope I spelled the name correctly) is the most well-behaved and friendly dog I have ever met. My mum and I are both terrified of dogs but Pongo cured us of that in a completely good way. I wish my stay was longer, and now that I have found this Gem, will most certainly be coming back!
