Great place, great location, great value!

Location and breakfast The ceiling was extremely low, windows were broken - they let heat inside the room, curtains were falling off of windows, the fridge wasn’t functioning properly and there was dust all over the place especially on the beds. When you laid down you could see dust particles floating everywhere around you.

Location Staff wasn’t very pleasant. Was booked to a room with 4 single beds. When I asked about it she wasn’t pleasant and wanted to charge me for it. When they separated the beds she was irritated. The Air conditioner remote control didn’t work. When they replaced the batteries it barely worked. It wasn’t comfortable in the room until it was time to check out.

Accommodation near the center. They do not offer parking. The vegetables for breakfast were not fresh. We found cockroaches in the area in front of the dining room.

The price was quite inviting compared to other well-reviewed options for our group. The location is quiet, but central. Getting the keys was easy. There was enough room for 4 people and enough storage options for the luggage. Communication was not easy. I had a few questions, and they were not answered in advance - only on the day of the check-in (tried multiple ways to reach out). There is air conditioning, though for this accommodation it was not enough, as it is not strong and only one room has access to it. The bathroom does not have a window, thus it is constantly humid and hot in the room. The ceilings are low - we had to bend all the time. The room was ok clean - on the surface, but not everywhere.

It was a great size for all my family, the breakfast was nice, the place is very clean. No parking , but we found some a few blocks away.

10-15Min walk from meran station. Only hand soap in toilet.No champoo, soap, shower hat in room. Must buy from super spar near proporty. Water from shower so weak.

I did not like the sound of loud traffic just outside the hotel.

Aside from having to check in at a separate location, this was a nice, comfortable place to stay. They even have Air Con! The proprietors were helpful and allow us to park and secure our motorcycles on the property. Breakfast was decent with excellent, fresh baked goods available., Shower a bit tight.

Very good

Located near center in quiet zone. Excellent breakfast. Nice terrace at room and enjoyed also the big rooftop terrace op top floor with panoramic vue. Friendly staff. The coach was very narrow and had a curved, very hard mattress. Very uncomfortable and far below what we expected for the room rate we paid. All the rest was excellent.

Accomodation is well placed near city center and clean I booked Villa Betty 1 day before arrival, the price indicated on booking.com was 105,- Euro (booking picture attached), after confirmation by email it was 169,- Euro, a first suprise which could not be explained at arrival? in the morning breakfast was supposed to start at 07.30h, we came at 7.20h as our bus was leaving shortly after. The lady preparing the breakfast was shouting to us to leave. When I tried to explain in Eng,lish that we just want to take away a sandwhich she just turned away. After I tried in my broken Italian to explain what I want, she just turend away again and stated "colazione al l´otto" ??? So - price higher than indicated - no breakfast in the morning - personal even not willing to make any effort to speak with us even when I tried in Italian

Nice balcony + garden for sitting. We ordered 3 beds. And got a room with a double bed + bunk beds. Lucky us it was just for one night.

Breakfast was very good. The lady who took care of the breakfasts was very friendly and made wonderful cappuccino. On our last morning we had to leave at 7:30 so she prepared breakfast 30 minutes earlier than scheduled. We were very grateful. The room was small but very clean, as was the bathroom and shower. The hotel was located on a busy street. It was quite noisy early in the morning.
