It was good and close to the downtown The smell inside the bathroom was very bad and no windows, just a little hole to get wind.

We liked that the rooms were fairly large. The breakfast was great. The employees, both at the front desk and restaurant were friendly and professional. All staff always greeted you with a smile. We stayed two nights and one morning we did not have hot/warm water for our shower.

I enjoyed the room size and amenities. The staff was more than wonderful, i arrived a bit early and they held my luggage until check in. The cleaning staff was some of the best staff i have encountered. The restaurant was amazing!!! When I first got there the staff was busy doing something else and they seemed a little frustrated with my early arrival. The staff I encountered after the initial day though was different and they were exceptional!

There is no AC. It's stuffy in the room. Window was open and it's only February.

Big spacious room. Near central axis. Next to bus and metro station. Not a lot of restaurants in easy walking distance.

The location was close to a Bodega Aurera which is convenient I had a problem with my mobile phone as when I plugged it in it wouldn´t recharge. On asking for help a member of staff came who displayed an attitude similar to how I imagine Atilla the Hun would have had after a heavy night out.

The hotel is clean and well managed. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, the location may not be the most scenic but it’s quite safe, pretty central and you can reach the main attractions/popular areas within 20mns walk. Reception & cleaning staff were very welcoming and pleasant. I told them prior to booking that I was sensitive to noise and they gave me a very quiet room on the top floor. They also left me keep the key rather than leaving it at reception every time I was going in and out which I appreciated. I did not realise it was a love hotel prior to booking but it’s a very safe, comfortable and budget option and I’ll happily come back soon. Wifi
