Friendliness of staff. The room with 24-hour butler service was phenomenal. Good food. The rooms were very quiet, too. I have no complaints.

Staff were truly excellent. The hotel has a butler service and they were truly ready to get anything I needed at any time. In addition, I got a bad case of travellers diarrhea and they took such good care of me. They had a doctor on call who came and saw me and when she prescribed medications, the concierge got them for me from the pharmacy. They also brought me extra water and kept checking on me. I am truly grateful for the care! The first room I got, room 505, was not great as the shades didn’t close the entire way. They changed my room and the stay was excellent from then on.

There are hotels that you just know that you’ll return to, and the St Regis in Mexico City is one of them. It’s an oasis of peace in the middle bustling city! From the exceptional staff to the exquisite rooms, and the attention to details - it is everything you could ask for and more! The breakfast is amazing, and its restaurants and bars offer something for everyone. The staff is wonderful, and despite being at full capacity, the team will make you feel like you are their absolute priority. The rooms are timeless, elegant and the bed possibly the best I have ever slept in! I also highly recommend the hotel’s spa services, which only add to the feeling of complete calm and relaxation! And the concierge team and the butler service, who were always so helpful with any question or request!
