Exceptional

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Very quiet at night. Comfortable beds. The restaurant was excellent. Walking distance to lots of great establishments.

The breakfast was run out of a restaurant on the top floor of the building, and ran for a few hours each morning Tuesday through Sunday. However, breakfast was randomly not served on Friday morning during our stay with no real explanation. This was a bit sad since we paid a little extra for our room to qualify for the breakfast, but there is no shortage of shops to get food within walking distance of the hotel. We paid a little extra for certain features to come along with our suite. One of them being robes during our stay. We only received one robe at first, and had to ask the staff downstairs for a second (which they were happy to give us while we were out for the afternoon). I may have misspoke because they brought us 2 additional robes, which was okay! However, all 3 of the robes we were given during our stay had holes in them, which was a little disappointing.

The room was nicely appointed with some nice additional touches. It was a bit loud as my room was next to the restaurant. Also the internet in my room was extremely slow although the tech support person on staff helped me switch to a faster platform. The closet space was quite minimal but I could make do

The staff was pleasant and helpful We were sold a suite with separate bedroom. What we got was a dark corner room with no windows. Each day we asked to change to the room type we ordered. There was a promise, but no action. Finally, we made a bigger fuss and were given the option to move to another room, slightly better with a window over the interior and two meters from the front desk. The staff was pleasant, particularly the supervisor. The manager was not helpful - all smiles and no action.

I loved this hotel. I travel a lot for business, and after three consecutive weeks of traveling among four cities, two countries, and five hotels and Airbnb, I finally got to sleep. No vulgar inconsiderate neighbors slamming doors at midnight, no weird noises, no humidity smell, just pure peace and a clean & comfortable room. Amenities are great and the mattress invites deep sleep. This hotel has a wonderful environment, the wall garden is beautiful, the decor, and its staff genuinely care for you!!! I do appreciate that a lot! They made sure to accommodate me in a room close to the street as I requested to have a well-ventilated space. I have a light sleep and was able to be well-rested. Location is convenient, a bit dark at night, but I still felt safe. Thank you for the kindness! I wish there were at least a small desk, and a chair for me to work more comfortably inside the room.
