Nothing. The Hotel Premier sent me a message cancelling my reservation as I was en route to the hotel from the Mexico City airport. The reservation was already booked, confirmed, and paid for a day in advance. The Hotel Premier cancels paid guests. I don't recommend booking it at all.

Nice big bed comfortable, good location, I had to walk down the stairs from a 3rd floor because the elevator would go up the day i left the hotel. No restaurant staff, NO ICE MACHINES.
-
No temperature control in the room

Location and Price Bed bug infestation, staff was unhelpful and dismissive

Location was good. Close to Reforma and Zona Rosa. Good water preassure and temperature. The room was noisy and it would get really hot during the day. There were no electric plugs near the bed so the phone had to be charged close to the bathroom. The cleanninnes was poor and there were only 2 towels for everything from washing your face and hands to dry yourself after shower. The TV was extremely small, very high in the wall and only had like 7 channels; the remote control was not in the room so we had to ask for it but the phone didn't have the number to the reception, so I had to go downstairs and pick it up.

LITERALLY, the ONLY good thing about this property is its location (a block away from Reforma). FIRST - I booked a single extra large bed room, and was given a double full bed room (two small beds). When I requested the issue to be corrected I was told that "there wasn't availability" allegedly. SECOND - There were roaches, A LOT of roaches in my room floor and bathroom walls. The bed cover felt like plastic, the towels are super old scratchy and worn thin, and the computer monitor they use as an excuse for a TV didn't turn on (aside the fact that I wasn't given a remote at check-in). When I asked to be relocated to another room, the reception lady had a very nice gentleman (I think his name was Eduardo or Ernesto or something of the sort) come "check the room" and he was over the top apologetic for the situation and tried make sure I was taken care of to the best of his ability as he transferred me to another room. THIRD - The cleaning lady WALKED IN ON ME as I was half naked changing on the bed. She half-heartedly knocked two times (literally one-two), I yelled that I didn't need cleaning yet, and she still walked in, so yeah, that was fun... FINALLY - I always give properties the benefit of the doubt to the properties after reading the BAD REVIEWS about them (as those are usually over-exagerated); however, this time, the bad reviews proved to be EXCEEDINGLY true. I will NOT be returning to this property even if it has a privileged location... it's just not worth sleeping among bugs and risking bringing something back home with you.

The hotel’s location is excellent — right in the city center, which makes it really convenient to get around. I also liked the restaurant staff; they were very attentive and courteous. I didn’t have high expectations for this hotel, considering it only has 3 stars, but I at least hoped there wouldn’t be any cockroaches — unfortunately, I was wrong. My room had cockroaches, and it was just awful; they were literally everywhere. The furniture in the room is quite old, but that’s to be expected. There’s also a walk-in closet, but I was genuinely surprised to find there wasn’t a single hanger. What’s the point of having a closet with no hangers?

I liked the work they did to make it comfortable and enjoyed the experience overall. I found that the location was perfect to explore the area. You dont need to be on the main strip, just back a street from it, not bad at all. My recent breakfast experience was disappointing due to several operational issues. Confusing Billing Process: I was asked for my room number, which led me to believe the meal would be charged to my room. Instead, I was presented with a final amount to pay with no itemized bill or visible menu pricing. This lack of transparency was frustrating. Charge for Coffee Refills: I was surprised to be charged extra for a coffee refill. For a minimal cost, a complimentary refill is a standard hospitality practice that significantly improves the customer's perception of value. Impersonal Service: The service was functional but lacked warmth. A more friendly and engaging manner from the staff, including a simple acknowledgment when we crossed paths later, would have made a notable difference. I believe addressing these points, particularly the billing transparency and the coffee refill policy, would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Location is great! The room looked clean, but I found three small cockroaches through my One-night stay.

Had roaches

Yes I don’t like this hotel
-
no kettle in the room and no any welcome drinks like tea or coffee.
-
The size of the bed There were bedbugs in the bed and the bed clearly didn’t have fresh sheets since I found some hairs in the pillow and some stains in the sheets. Went down in the morning to complain about it and the receptionist just reported it to her supervisor. Not a single sincere apology or compensation. Now I’m FULLY eaten by bedbugs. Please make yourself a favor and don’t stay at this hotel.
