Great location, Room with good amenities and toiletries. Nice TV and small refrigerator. Comfortable bed. Great Buffet options on the on site restaurant. (Dinner and Breakfast) Very friendly Staff. Cleaning of the shower could have been better and a Microwave in the rooms will be a plus. The elevator key only stop on the floor of your booked room. That makes impossible to access floors where your friends stay.

Certainly the best of the hotel is location and the staff, who are extremely helpful and accommodating The hotel itself is quite old and certainly needs some attention. The AC is impossible to regulate; it is either too cold or too warm. Arriving was an “adventure “ In the first room, the shower was not working. The second room: the AC wasn't cooling, and there was hair on the bed, which was pretty disgusting. HOWEVER, after talking to the reception staff, they finally moved me to a 3rd room, which was ok.

Location, very well situated. It is centralized and within walking distance from Mercado de Artesanías Ciudadela, monumento a la revolución, El Ángel even la Alameda Central. I booked an extra day by mistake, no refund for that.

Plasido front desk person was amazing really helpful friendly and made an excellent explanation about our stay and hotel!! Also ivon housekeeper really kept our room service on point i will definitely recommend your stay on this hotel!

A wonderful breakfast buffet . Staff was very kind and help full. Great location . An older hotel but we got a nice room. Clean and comfortable. The doors are not very thick . You can hear noise from the hallways . Bathroom door was hard to close and open.
