Very spacious Rooms. They are like apartments. Very well located and very quiet rooms. Very modern building and rooms. Everything looks new. One technician entered the room to fix the TV that I didn't reported any malfunction when I was inside changing clothes. Let me think any person could have access to your room.

Fantastic location. Minutes from everything. All the conveniences of the city at your doorstep and without the city prices. Hotel Manager is probably one of the nicest and most helpful hotelier I've met. Nayeli - you're amazing! I had a parent with a disability who was very comfortable and Nayeli made great accommodations for. Slight confusion with a member of staff which was quickly rectified and apologized for.

Location was great, comfortable bed, enjoyed the bathtub and shower configuration, tv on the bedroom and living area great for families to enjoy separate viewing. Sofa bed was ok but not for sleeping, when opened was not stable and uncomfortable.

-Lovely staff -very clean -Location -seperate bedroom - You can hear everything from the neighbouring units - No kettle - No usable coffee machine - No internet in the bedroom (The internet was only accessible in the lounge area) - I’m not sure about the building standards, but very thin walls without soundproofing and when the lift was in use, the whole building was shaking

We enjoyed that it was close to the festivities to the World Cup events but we could sleep without hearing much of the noise in our room. The were aware multiple times how many people were staying in our room and we were still only given two sets of towels. There was a water issue and the room phone wasn’t working.

Location eccellente, molto puntuali nelle pulizie e generalmente ben pulito (specialmente il bagno). Staff gentile e attento. C’è anche una lavatrice asciugatrice che si può usare comprando al super delle pastiglie. Abbastanza silenzioso per essere in zona centrale. Unica nota assenza di materiale per cucinare: c’è una cucina molto piccola con due piastre, ma una solo padella minuscola (si va spesso a mangiare fuori, ma così avere la cucina é pressoché inutile). Abbiamo chiesto almeno una padella più grande ma non c’è stata possibilità.
