Shuttles were a great plus!

Room was actually pretty clean funny reception on tv but it served my needs

The place had roaches ans spiders was rundown and the floors were not clean, as if no one had mopped or swept in awhile

Bathroom needs to be cleaned better as well as rooms.

The price was right. We stayed before and after our vacation. The linen and bed were fine. The staff was exceptional. No WiFi, TV not working, no soap, shampoo or hot water. We didn’t check in until after 7pm so we let it go. It was only one night and we made do.

I initially had a room I couldn’t even open the door as it seemed jammed in the frame. The second room had rust, spiders, ants, and termites. You could hear literally everything thru the walls. Then looking outside in the parking lot there were 3 cop cars as if crime is an issue. The only good thing about it is the subway and the fact it’s by the airport

Single room very cramped…no counter around the sink to put anything. No carpet, no coffee, no frig., even in my double room. telephone hasn’t worked the two times I’ve stayed there, so I couldn’t get a wake-up call. I just booked the hotel next door. They have nicer rooms and free breakfast.

Well we were there just for one night because we were going out for a cruise and one time is all it took from the front desk guy to be rude and not communicating with us about the next morning for the shuttle very unprofessional young man the room itself was good for the price we paid but never again staying there that front desk person was terrible

Nice staff and the room is clean and super cold. I don’t have any complaints:)

Also, there weren’t enough towels in the room and there was a cockroach in the closet.

The parking was great and pre check in was great. Also, there were plenty of places to eat within a walk away, to avoid miami traffic and parking problems, and many others within a short drive. The room was so small and the furniture so big that it made it crowded and hard to get around the foot of the bed from one side of the room to the other. Water pressure or the stream, was very low. Very basic accommodation.
