The venue was very good for the law over that we used it for very convenient and offered free shuttle from the airport and back

Room was clean but the bathroom is pretty cramped and the door hits the wall if you’re not careful so we had to put a towel. Only hot water was provided at breakfast that I noticed so you have to have your own water if you need.

Staff members are always ready to help and have been always kind and respectful.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic and need upgrades. The location and airport shuttle were great.

Guests must wait at the 3rd row for the hotel shuttle pickup at MIA arrival level 1. Furthermore, it operates only once per hour rather than on-call as I was told by the staff, which resulted in me waiting for almost an hour. To make matters worse, the driver impolitely demanded a tip. Inside the property, there is no elevator. My room was on the 2nd floor, and I had to lug my heavy bags up and down the stairs. The room itself was much smaller than what the photos showed, and the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. Additionally, the bathroom sink and shower water drained very slowly due to a clog. On the positive side, the hotel is a true no-frills option that does provide free breakfast along with a nice outdoor garden and an outdoor bar. I only stayed for a single night before embarking on a cruise, so I didn't need much, but travelers planning a longer stay should look elsewhere.

Air conditioner was great. Ice machine and snacks (for purchase) was good. ATM available on-site, however, cash was not accepted at the hotel.

It's our second stay although I didn't realise when I booked. Staff handled issues well. The shuttle driver and his rude attitude. Unfortunately same experience over 2 different stays.

The bar area was cute and quaint! The staff was so helpful and accommodating they were top tier! Easy process and very welcoming!! I was unimpressed with the room itself but for a short overnight stay it’ll do! They have done a lot of renovating and I’m sure it’ll get even better! The shower and bathroom were great!

I only needed to rest a bit before driving home to SWFL after a long flight but definitely did not match the images online.

For me, the stay at the Atrium was okay overall. The room was fine for a short stay of about two days, but I found the bathroom too small and uncomfortable. The breakfast was simple and did not offer a wide variety, but it was enough to start the morning. I especially appreciated the shuttle service, as it was convenient and made the stay more comfortable. Overall, I think the Atrium is a good option for a short stay.

I liked that there was a shuttle available to and from the airport as well as a shuttle to the Port of Miami. I did not like that the rooms did not have closets, the bathroom was very small, and the building seemed old. I think the rooms were way overpriced for the hotel quality. It felt closely like staying at a Motel.

It's a good place to stay if you have a long layover and just need a place to crash close to the airport for a good price. The check in/check out process is simple and efficient, the amenities cover all the basics. I paid for a taxi to the hotel because I did not want to call or wait for the shuttle. Going back to the airport the shuttle was very punctual which I certainly appreciate a lot. All in all a good value even if the facilities are a little bit older.
