Air conditioning is so loud. I didnt get a good night sleep

No elevator- would not book again

Great sized rooms and location for airport and car collection.

we had a spacious room. We all loved and enjoyed the stay. Great location, Near to McDonald's, I Ihop and other restaurants. Rooms well kept. King size beds were lovely. The only thing missing was free Breakfast. Great stay.

El aire de la habitación 262 la que me quede.. no se sentía frío ..creo q eso deben de mejorar ya q estuve en verano y estuvo muy caliente ...todo lo demás 5 estrellas

The staff were pleasant and courteous and the room was clean and spacious. It was a short, pleasant stay.

Facility was okay, the room was not. There was a very moldy smell and bathroom was dirty.

The lobby was clean and appeared well maintained, but unfortunately, the rest of the property did not meet the same standard. The room had a strange, unpleasant smell, seemed to come from the air conditioner. The hallways were also visibly dirty and in need of a thorough cleaning and shampoo. Overall, the cleanliness issues really took away from the stay and made the experience disappointing.

The staff was amazingly helpful when we arrived at the airport the shuttle was there to bring us to the property and we arrived late but they were so nice to come get us. When we arrived at rhe hotel on the shuttle the front desk brought us to our room and were supper helpful to get us to the port of Miami for our cruise. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. 10 out of 10

A wonderful hotel experience overall! The location is perfect and close to the airport with plenty of nearby restaurants and a gas station within a walking distance. The staff members were super nice and very helpful, and the large parking area was a huge plus. Everything was perfect during my stay, and definately will stay here for my next trip to Miami.

The breakfast was good, and the room was very clean. However, the front desk staff don't greet you with a friendly smile, and the property doesn't have an elevator. If you're traveling with heavy luggage, be prepared to carry it up the stairs. Not fun at all.

Great place! Pool, restaurant, clean, helpful staff. Only complaint is shuttle. We arrived at10:30pm . Got our baggage quickly, but didn’t get shuttle til 12:15am. Shuttle is only 8 min drive. Should come get you asap once you make the call to the desk.

Always enjoy my stay at this hotel. Close to everything and consistent hard and soft product.

We accidentally left a pair of Airpods in our room when we checked out. Didn't realize it until we were on our cruise ship. The staff was able to find it, and they held it for 5 days until we returned.

It was a place to stay for my morning flight not bad for an overnight sleep.

No encontré los horarios del shuttle desde el aeropuerto al hotel, y por lo tanto debimos esperar unos 45 minutos con mucho calor. Si hubiéramos sabido el horario podríamos haber esperado adentro con aire acondicionado.
