Good location but could be cleaner

A little older property rooms are okay for what we needed them for.

The room had nasty odor , like humidity, like somebody smoke inside, A/C was warm nit cool, and the staff in front desk the attention was terrible, I paid $151 a room , that room maybe $ 30 like motel not hotel

Shuttle service to/from airport is fantastic too.

No batteries in the tv remote and some undisclosed chargers that where not on the website when I booked

The free shuttle from airport was nice, long wait, but still helpful. The ac in our room was on high, but it never cooled much. It was very warm in the room. Didn't have breakfast because you had to pay for it, it wasn't included in the stay. It definitely could use some updating, but was acceptable.

Very helpful staff. Property was in good shape for an older Property. Rooms clean and we'll appointed.

Room wasn’t bad. Staff very friendly. Shuttle only runs every 30 minutes and not the advertised 15 minutes. Hallways could use some updating. Room didn’t smell as some others do.

Driver for airport shuttle was rude and not helpful in loading our luggage. Front desk staff very helpful though.

We had a layover that was overnight. The property is older but no issues there. The room is clean but the beds are small full sized in double room so if you’re a bigger couple separate beds it is. The air system is old and runs loudly in the room and cannot be controlled unless it’s on or off. Overall just something quick not for a vacation space for me and my family

The hotel need to be updated really bad. The rooms smell like mold, wet and old. The room ac wasn’t working properly because the filter in the vents were very dirty with build up. The tub was cracked we had to put a towel down in the tub it was also yellow. When ask to move they was sold out as claimed. Also the free breakfast wasn’t free it was 13.95

Love the cool air and nice staff

Hotel was okay, pictures looked better than in person but can’t beat the prices for being a last minute reservation. They offered a shutter bus from the airport to the hotel and can lock your bags if needed after check-out. I wasn’t very happy with the stuff at the front desk, everyone is on their own conversation and not worried about guests waiting in line to check-in. They will chitchat as if there is no one waiting, felt a bit rude and lacking of professionalism. At the end I just needed a room for the night and got it, room was clean 7/10 only thing I loved was the bed, super comfortable and slept well!! Other than that I recommend this hotel if you are in a hurry for a room in Hialeah.

It was just okay. Decent value for the money and easy access to airport and cruise terminal.

Check in was slow but pleasant the water pressure in the sink was very low to brush teeth was an event and forget washing your face just take a shower and then the air conditioner was not working it was very hot very hot and to be in Miami with 90 plus degree temperatures you can Imagine but I was only there for 14 hours.

Close to the airport, clean and had friendly staff

This place was just to take a nap before our connecting flights and it served its purpose. With us only staying a short time that is all I can say it fulfilled our needs.
