Clean room, reasonably helpful staff. Great location

Very good place if choose 9 floor you have full view of Downtown Miami

The room was not bad, good for a one night stay. Only thing I dislike was the way the room was set up and the parking.

Best airport shuttle driver, very courteous and informative. Restaurant food waa fresh and wait staff was prompt and friendly. Worst automated check-in procedure almost clouded the experience.

Overall the hotel was nice however my only concern was not having shuttle service 24/7. I had a morning flight and needed a 5am departure. I had to get a taxi.

Had to pay to park thru an app/QR code I had to scan in a dark parking lot at 11:30pm when I arrived. Then had to self check in at the front desk, Then I had to pay 20 bucks for a underwhelming “Breakfast buffet” that would be low tier even if it was free. Rooms were fine but the experience was not good.

I have very bad experience with my booking. When I booked my hotel I paid for stay, parking and free breakfast. Also I paid in full on June, 25th. When I arrived in the hotel on August,10th I was informed that I have to pay again, because I paid only for first night. The front desk lady Stacy tried to pressure us to pay again for 3 nights. I showed her the transaction and she changed her mind and said that we still have to pay for parking and breakfast even when I booked the hotel on month ago everything was included. After that she said that the hotel changed their policy since July, 1st and they informed Expedia. But Expedia didn't informed us , I am so mad with this case. Instead to enjoy my vacation I have to deal with Expedia and the hotel. I paid out of pocket 72 dollars for parking and didn't use a free breakfast. I booked the hotel before the changes so they shouldn't be affect us. In the bathroom we saw uncleaned curl hair everywhere, the AC didn't work well and was humid constantly. Terrible staff in the hotel. Also I chatted with Expedia agent , he didn't help us. No more booking with Expedia.

Front desk staff was rude Stephanie to be exact the security guard that worked mornings 15/16 would keep looking at me as if I didn’t belong there overall I just felt unwelcome I don’t catch the other girls name but she has blue heart shaped earring the only one who showed me hospitality as well with the shuttle driver Rafel and the morning chef for breakfast he was inviting to the food and gave a nice breakdown , just anytime I had ask for something felt like I was bothering them so I just came here to sleep and decided to not talk to the staff anymore as they clearly didn’t t want to be helpful
