liked the shuttle to cruise port

Booked because of advertised shuttle to the cruise terminal. Turns out it was completely booked by the time we checked in. Room smelled like smoke, and I killed a bug that was on the bed. Shuttle was available from the airport but was poorly cleaned. Breakfast was ok.

The overall experience was good except at check-in the guy who checked us in was not very pleasant bordering on being rude. However, I had to call guest services the next morning to confirm the time for shuttle pick and she was so pleasant and professional. The

I would give 7/10. Stuffs are not that much joyful, smiley faces.

There isn't much to appreciate about this place, except for the convenience of the free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port terminals. This shuttle service is the only reason I would consider booking the hotel again if similar circumstances arise in the future. The facilities were outdated and uninviting, with dimly lit hallways and rooms. The bathroom lacked decent hand soap and a cup.

I did not have to pay for the packages that I had order from amazon. The breakfast was not nice. It was a cheap breakfast. The ac in the room was not working well. No technican in the house to fix those problem with the ac. There where also a cockroach in our room.

Disappointing

everything was amazing we would stay over again the staff told un breakfast was until 10 but it was monday so it was only until 9 am

Most was good, but AIr conditioner was underpowered. On Max, it only got temperature down to mid 70s. Transportation to cruise lines was 30 minutes late and caused us to wait in line in the sun with our young children for a long time. That was disappointing.

Ask for towels and blanket so many times never received it

Room was overall clean. The sofa bed needs some checking for cleanliness. Hotel staff were excellent and friendly. The breakfast was really good. Nice variety and tasted very delicious. The free airport shuttle and Miami cruise port shuttle were great! At all points staff were friendly and very helpful. If you are taking a cruise this hotel is a must.

They have free shuttle busses available from and to the airport and to the Miami port as well (very convenience for families taking a cruise). The breakfast and the near by gas station are a big plus.
