Par contre, il est mentionné dans la description de L'hôtel qu'il y a un restaurant ce qui est faut. Nous avons dû commander de la nourriture de l'extérieur ce qui a été compliqué et long. De plus, les couloirs de L'hôtel sont NON climatisés! C'est un problème à 40 degré + humidex! Le transport vers le terminal de croisière était inclus mais se faisait avec un minibus NON climatisé et edt arrivé 1h en retard ! Nous avons failli manquer notre embarquement! Bref, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Great if going on a cruise

I booked this hotel solely because of the shuttle to the portal. I was told by staff there was no need to book the shuttle in advance and to just tell them when I arrived. When I checked in I mentioned I needed a shuttle the next morning to the port and I was informed the shuttle was full. I ended up having to Uber.

We booked this room because there was an airport shuttle & port of Miami shuttle. The airport shuttle only runs once an hour at the top of the hour so we waited for 45 minutes. The port shuttle only had one time slot (930am). Our boarding time wasn’t until much later so we couldn’t use the free shuttle. I booked the hotel with a 3rd party so I called the hotel the day before to confirm my reservation was on file with the hotel & to ask questions about the how the shuttle worked. The lady that worked the front desk the morning I called wouldn’t look up my reservation to confirm & transferred me to customer service. Customer service couldn’t help with the shuttle questions so I called back. This time I was told to go to door 7 or 15 and “wait” until I saw a white comfort suites shuttle. No.additional.details. Very short responses - very little information given. My friend called the day of reservation and asked to speak to a manager hoping to get more details on the shuttle & add a note that we would be doing a late check in and was told there was no manager working. Terrible phone customer service. Room was clean enough…empty soda bottle on the floor next to the bed. Air conditioner wouldn’t shut off. Was told to unplug it if it wouldn’t shut off :( Continental breakfast was bare at 9am. I will choose a different place to stay next time.

Great for the price

Staff was unfriendly, place in not safe neighborhood, and room had many things broken like toilet, faucet, light. Good thing we only had to stay one night.

We will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it, and the shuttles were super easy both to the airport and to the cruise ship terminals.

We stayed here the day before our cruise. They had a room to accommodate our family of five. The staff was very helpful and they stored our luggage until our room was ready. There are a few restaurants close by and a gas station for some last minute purchases. The shuttle from the airport was great but the free bus ride to the cruise port was even better.

We stayed just for one night to catch our flight early in the morning. It’s very close to the airport and they have free shuttle service.

I really like how it was not extra fee to go to the port of Miami I love everything about my stay, especially the female that was at the front desk

The clean room, the terrace/balcony in my suite Breakfast over at 9:00 am. Parking was scarce.
