No real breakfast, no gym and Pool permanently closed. Room is run down. Expected more.

Disappointed in the condition of the mattress on the sofa bed. The room was very clean and clean sheets were provided when requested. Front desk was very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggages until time to check-in. Much appreciated

Although fresh linen etc were probided when requested, my stay was for 9 days, the rooms could have been cleaned every 2 days minimum adding to that its a pet friendly hotel as such the lobby and hallways could have been sanitized and vacuumed daily The pool was not available therefore my children were unable to use it for the 9 day stay Rooms should be equipped with a kettle For the duration of my stay, I never saw yogurt, hard boiled eggs or cereal at the breakfast station.

The proximity to the airport and decently clean. Friendly staff but they're probably not paid accordingly. Too many individuals roaming around the hotel. One guy followed me to my car I had to threaten him I'd call the police he then ran away. He seemed deranged. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all and not enough covers bed sheets nor pillows in the room. I didn't even try breakfast but I heard a guest complaining to the front desk that for the two days he stayed at the hotel.He goes early and all he finds is one orange couple of granola bars and coffee. I do not recommend

Seemed clean The fact that they do t tell u ahead of time of a security deposit and and surprise you with it upon check in but yet you can’t get your money back either
