Breakfast great

Location, breakfast Apartment's sofa bed. The sagging mattress was very uncomfortable because of its age or overuse. They should have replaced it when we identified the issue.

Very good

Location to trains. Style, decor, staff , restaurant. Temporary Scaffolding. difficultly speaking English with a restaurant staff. Another staff was able to assist when requesting wine list.

Exceptional

It was clean To me was only a two or maximum three star hotel, definitely not 4. Asked for an extra bottle of water and they said 4 euros. only one small bottle per person per day is included in the price. Imagine in august and temperture was 36 degree. Only one electric outlet was working in hour room! During the breakfast we were asked about the room we were in three times!! When entering the breakfast area, again when we ordered coffee and when we were leaving the breakfast room!! Made us uncomfortable… We asked dor a tothbrush for my son at night and they said in the morning.. Very cheap behaviour and unprofessional. If you want a two star hotel near central station go for it…

Aesthetics When we arrived at hotel, we had booking for just one day and we were given wrong room and even wrong directions as well alongside. But when we approached them regarding this, they solved it without hesitation. Following day, during breakfast, we were asked for room number multiple times, which made us uncomfortable and we could see that the people assigned didn’t ask any other guests for room number. Maybe during initial occasion yes but nobody was asked this multiple times . We aren’t ethnically Europeans and breakfast room was filled with majorly people with European descent. And this ruined our start of vacation which we planned for 2 weeks.

Location - just 5 mins straight walk from Milano Central Station, so the hotel allows ones the easy access to almost everywhere in Milan Facilities - rooms with reasonable size and standard equipment. Very clean and quiet at night Breakfast - Standard but still with a variety of choices Staff / Service - the service crew we met were all very gentle and helpful Nothing particular comes to my mind given the short stay

Location! It was literally a 5 minute walk to the Milano centrale train station. Clean, convenient and very helpful staff at the front desk.

I loved everything. The decor of the hotel is very charming, the room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big with marble tiles and sink. The room felt very luxurious within the budget we had. I loved the breakfast and staff was friendly. Nothing to complain

The location of this hotel was great for our last night in Milan. We had planned on getting up the next day to go to straigt to the closer airport but our flight was rerouted to the Malpensa airport so it did not matter in the end. If you are coming by train it is super close. We were only here one night. Nothing was wrong with this hotel.

Location was great and the rooms were lovely when we first arrived Unfortunately superior double room which my husband and I were in had a big issue in the night. We were in bed early as we had an early start the next day when we heard water dripping. We thought it was the shower so my husband got up and slipped on the wet floor in the entrance to the room by the bathroom banging his arm and elbow which resulted in a bad bruise later that day. Water was coming through the vent in the ceiling! My husband rang down to reception and after 5 mins I went down to reception where the man on the desk gave me a key card to another room. We had to quickly pack our suitcases and bags and move out. The following morning we were very tired but were given 20 euros off the hotel tourist tax
